I had a variety of cupcakes and a small cake to cut made from The Ruffled Cup. The ordering process was very easy and the staff were very helpful. Everyone at the wedding loved the cupcakes and our cake (Marilyn) was DELICIOUS.

Due to a miscommunication the cake I had a 3 week ahead order on wasnt made by pickup time whatsoever. So call ahead the morning of if its a time sensitive order, but I was taken care of, and they managed to from start to finish make my cake in 30 minutes. It definitely wasnt good that the error occurred, but I will still go to them for great pricing and great product. They start at 6am so if its an early order check between then and 9am the day of to verify. Great customer service 👌

Extremely poor customer service. Food is good, but the customer service doesnt make it worth it. Had a bad experience a few months back and wanted to give them another chance today. Ordered lunch for the office and the customer service has not improved, may actually be worse. Try a different local place with people that are actually happy to have you as a customer.

An incredible mouth-watering, eye-bugging array of sweets! A truly original selection of pastries and desserts. When you go, plan to spend some time and explore the menu. Pies, pastries, and cupcakes filled with different creams and ganache. I got a 6 variety pack and some lemon bars. Everyone loved them!

The boba was good. Wish they had more flavors. The desserts looked heavenly..also have GF cupcakes!!

Nothing to write home about. I think when youre paying 4 to $5 for a cupcake there ought to be something great about it but this dont have nothing great about it its just a cupcake anybody can make I wish Id never gone waste of money as far as Im concerned and if you want to eat lunch here its very expensive and you get very little for your money

Ruffled Cup is my favorite bakery in town, so when it came time to book our wedding cake it was no question. As always I was very pleased with everything they did. Always recommend them for every occasion.

BEST Customer Service!! We ordered 60 cupcakes for our co-workers as a Valentines Day treat. When we placed the order, they were not going to be able to package them individually. We were prepared to package the cupcakes ourselves, but what a surprise when I picked up the order! Ruffled Cup staff had placed each cupcake in an individual container - and saved us so much time. Thank you all for going above and beyond for our Fairly Group employees! :)

Would come back for the monster cookies but the staff ruined that. Get new staff DO BETTER Ruffled cup. Those guys SUCK. They are dragging your name through the mud with those snarky attitudes.

Cupcakes are amazing! I exhibit no self-control while I’m here. Service is also tops. They are really friendly and surprisingly fast. If there is a line, don’t be alarmed; it will move so quickly, you will barely have time to decide what to get.Last, make sure and tip! They deserve it.

Aside from seeing an employee stick her ungloved hands in the ice cream with a tester scoop to get herself a scoop of ice cream...we enjoyed the food.

Extremely rude staff. My grandmother was going to pick up my online order that I had placed, it told me to that the order would be ready @12:20 and my grandmother showed up at 12:15 and they told her that they said 12:20 and she shouldn’t have came till then, those five minutes really just apparently killed them. The food is amazing but when I asked if I could have my dressing on the side I was told In a rude manner that it already came on the side...guess what didn’t come on the side....

OMG 😲😋 best decision I ever made was to stop at this amazing bakery! The Elvis cupcake and the peanut butter cup knocked it out of the park!! My only complaint is that I live 7 hrs away😭😭😭 If you havent tried this place, you are missing out! I will definitely stop in the next time Im in Amarillo 🇨🇱

What can I say? Delicious cupcakes and cookies Plus cheerful service. If you stop in here to satisfy your sweet tooth I dont think youll be disappointed. Theres lots and lots of parking out in front and plenty of seats inside even with social distancing due to the pandemic. I finally had lunch here the other day, french onion soup which was very good although I wish they had used graded Swiss or mozzarella cheese rather than a thin slice of cheese on top. I got a turkey cranberry sandwich because it was shortly before Thanksgiving and it was very good. I look forward to going back and trying other items. I believe they only serve lunch until 3 p.m. though so if you want to go here for lunch be sure to get here early enough.

What a treat! You must try the Safe Raw cookie dough. Cupcakes are wonderful! The staff was also fantastic.

The food was actually really good, the employees were pretty nice, the cashier was really helpful and sweet to talk to however, for some reason they were all dressed in black which made it kinda depressing for a cupcake shop.

The manager was extremely rude to a friend I was at lunch with. I would not recommend The Ruffled Cup based on prices and management.

Wow. My vanilla cupcake was perfectly moist. The icing was great. It’s definitely on the sweeter side which is perfect for me.

Theres a lot of 5 star ratings, and while I cant argue that their creations are good, they arent GREAT! 5 Stars is for above and beyond service AND product. The presentation is great, customer service is great as well. I just dont see this as a 5 star company. The cupcakes and icing are TOO sweet. It tastes like something you ate as a kid and had no idea how sweet it was until you became an adult. 4 stars

Their cupcakes and sugar cookies aren’t good. The amount of sugar they use covers up any flavor that they put in them. Blue Crane Bakery on 6th has much better cupcakes in my opinion.

Decent cupcakes with really thick (dense) frosting so if that’s your thing then this place is a winner for you. Cute place but the person serving us was very obviously over having customers. Maybe going earlier in the day would be the best bet.

Clean and friendly. The cheesecake is delicious! Their boba teas are amazing as well. The selection of pastries is well worth the visit.

They have so many flavors and even gluten free cupcakes! I had the gluten free. Id be in trouble if I lived in Amarillo, because I would be tempted to get a cupcake, or 2 or 3, every day. They even give you cute little presentation boxes to carry them out in so they dont get damaged and to gift to people. This is a little lovely bakery and the staff are extremely helpful.

This place has something extra about their cookies and cupcakes, they are delicious! I also ordered some cookies for the PICU staff at NW and they turned out perfect, the lady that helped me was very kind and helpful! Wish I had taken a picture to post with the review!

Exceptionally good cupcakes. If youre looking for a flavor to start with - check out the salted caramel. They pile the icing high too, so if thats your thing, you will be super happy. I personally like a little more cake than icing in each bite, so my hubby happily eats the icing I dont want. These treats will definitely leave you smiling!

This place is amazing. I felt like a kid in a candy store. With so many flavors to choose from it was hard to decide where to start. I guess Ill have to keep coming until Ive tasted them all. Although Im partial to the red velvet.

I never used to like cupcakes, they were dry and always had it too much overly sweet frosting, and then I had a cupcake from Ruffled Cup. The Oreo Cream to be specific, and I was hooked! They always have an excellent selection of different flavors, so no matter what day you walk in, you can always find something delicious and to your taste. Just be careful if you buy cupcakes in the summer. They melt in the heat very easily!

I love the new location with such a open and bright space. Their new lunch selections are very tasty! My all time favorite treat is the birthday bash edible cookie dough. This is a great place for anybody to find something theyll enjoy.

I love, love the different gluten free cupcakes that are available day to day. Just walking into the bakery and looking at all of the cupcakes is a real treat! The staff is amazing--really great customer service!

Gotta love this place. All they make is sugary happiness. And if they dont make it in house, they at least stock in their candy shop. The owners are cool and the staff is friendly.Theyve opened a 2nd location in Lubbock TX so the college kids can enjoy what the Amarillo people have had for a few years now.Make sure to get there EARLY or youll miss out!

Amazing cupcakes! The only reason I did not give it a five stars is because of their customer service. I went a couple of times to the cashier and the two girls ignored me. I don’t know if it’s because I was the only Hispanic person there, but definitely did not feel welcomed.

Best place in Amarillo to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The place was ADORABLE!!!! I loved the vibe, black and white tile floor, benches, and the tables totally retro!!!!!! The cupcake I got was the vanilla salted caramel, it was fantastic. We went there on a Saturday at around 4:00pm, it was close to closing. With that said, my only complaint is that they use a lot of almond flour, the majority of the cakes left were made with it and we had limited options for a regular wheat flour. Other then that, we were golden!!! Highly recommended and the staff was pleasant!!!

My wife and I went in and experienced a very long wait time because one girl was working while the other held up the wall.. once we finally got service the girl working gave us our cheesecake slice with about 1/3 of it missing off the tip and was still sitting on the pan in the glass cooler. Then we ask the one holding up the wall if we could have the rest of our cheesecake and she proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. Will not be returning there!

The worst birthday cake I’ve ever had in my whole life. Cake was too dry and tasted nothing else but chemical flavor. Frosting was way too sweet with tons of sugar and food color. OMG, first time in town searching for bakery for my husband’s birthday and the cake screwed up the whole party. Will never recommend anyone there or come back! Horrible!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Not only are the cupcakes moist and mouth-watering, but the service is incredible! Deanna and her staff run an amazing business. The Lovett Chiropractic staff regularly indulge in treats ranging from cupcakes to homemade sugar cookies. Our favorite flavors of cupcakes include the Sassy Strawberry, Ruffled Truffle, The Elvis/Marilyn, and Turtle. However, cupcakes arent the only incredible dessert they offer! Their cannolis, chocolate covered strawberries, and edible cookie dough are to die for! The staff at the Ruffled Cup have mastered customer service and consistently delicious desserts. Thank you so much for being our Thursday afternoon sweet-spot. We love you guys!

Decided to try this shoppe today.. I eat a gluten free diet for health reasons and have been on the hunt for a “would eat this again” kind of treat for a while. I tried the GF vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting and the GF Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcake as well.. Sadly they are on my “would not eat this again” list... The cake itself was not very flavorful on either cupcake and there was way to much frosting on both cupcakes, my favorite part was the peanut butter in the center of the chocolate peanut butter one... I also bought 6 regular cupcakes for my Husband and kids to try, 5 out of 6 said to much frosting and the cake tasted like something my 12 year old would make from a box.... Sadly we will not be trying The Ruffled Cup again...

Called a week ago just to get pricing on graduation cookies, not even to place an order. They would not even give me a price estimate because they were too busy with Mothers Day orders and told me to call again next week. So I go into the store on Wednesday at 5:50PM only to be told that they are so busy they are only taking orders Monday-Thursday from 9-5. Then the next day they posted on Facebook about getting graduation orders placed and that they are open until 9PM, but nothing about the fact that you can only place orders at certain times. What is the point of being open until 9PM if you are going to turn away business 4 hours before closing time?? This place is very unprofessional and the employees are rude. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM, THEY ARE TOO BUSY FOR YOU!
