Super experience with this company! Found them online while looking for a part then realized they were actually local. Really courteous on the phone and friendly at pick-up. Made sure I understood the repair I was doing and took time to answer questions. Even carried the (heavy) part out to the truck to keep me from getting greasy. This is how business should be done! Highly recommend!

Terrible service and terrible equipment. I bought a ht20 hay Tedder brand new last year. Right from the get-go it was made very lightly and the tires were so towed out the first time I drove it down the road it ate up the tires. Also nothing on it is straight one star will be all the way on the ground and the other three wont even be close. When I called the company I called four times and sent multiple emails with pictures as they asked about the machine and they said they would take care of it and every time I never got a response. I ended up switching tires out to get me through the year and by the end of the year all four tires look like slicks. Very cheaply made. I used it for one year and ended up getting rid of it and bought a krone. I will never ever do business with this company again and am very happy with my krone. This is the third time Ive wrote a review and everytime it gets erased and only the good ones stay posted for this company go figure.
