Very rude and they are not an honest business. Avoid this place at all costs.There are better pool places in Amarillo

Absolutely the worst customer service!

My husband and I have no experience with hot tubs. We price shopped and ended choosing this place because they walked through every detail with us and spent time telling us about the hot tub we were looking at. Although only a couple hundred dollars more than some others, it is worth it! I had trouble balancing the chemicals and once more, they went out of their way to explain again. They made all of it so easy and hassle free!

I worked with these people from 120 miles away. They are a pleasure to work with and my buying experience was excellent. The tub was delivered and set up promptly and I was using my spa that evening. That was almost 2 years ago. I have a friend that ordered parts for his Sundance spa last week and he was also impressed with their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them for the best price and service and supplies.

I have contacted them for 8 months now to come service our hot tub that quit working. I finally hired someone to come fix it even though it was still under warranty. TERRIBLE customer service. They sure can sell it but WILL NOT be there when something goes wrong even though they told me they would. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
