I loved the ice cream here. The shake i got was delicious, and the ice cream i got was amazing! I recommend this place for a sweet treat!

I love getting a Dark Chocolate and Coffee milkshake, a Dark Chocolate and Rum milkshake, or a Cool Mint and Oreo milkshake. Any of those three is the best!Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Everything is made there in the store from the ice cream to the waffle cones and bowls. The people behind the counter are nice and offer wonderful customer service. They try to keep the lobby and bathroom clean even when they are super busy with a line wrapping around the inside of the store.

The employees are always so kind and fun. The really make the experience for my kids.

Amazing my first time n it was really good

Came in today for the first time and not one of the three workers had gloves on. The box of gloves were sitting in plain view, with gloves coming out the top, so there were no excuses. I can get over no masks, since I know not everyone takes this seriously but no gloves?? That would not be a good idea even if we weren’t dealing with covid worries. I did not see the workers washing their hands in between customers either.... and with no gloves and no hand washing?? Yikes.

Always good. The staff, today, were friendly. Messy, but good. There are many favors if icecream with lots things to add to it: sprinkles, nuts, ect.

Shop was nice and clean and the food was good. The only problem was there was only one employee. They were well over 20 people in here trying to order and it took forever because of that poor one employee working her butt off. She was great though! Please get her some help!

Good ice cream and good variety of toppings. Disliked the appearance of the worker.... all the hair hanging down over her face and all the face jewellery is not appropriate for serving and handling food. Its kinda gross. Disappointing 🖓

Owner steals tips from the employees. Make sure you directly give the money to the employees and not the tip jar or they only get a small percentage of it. Also dont show up 10min before closing like a f@#$%&^& a$%$^&#?

The sweet lady was really nice and really helpful. The ice cream was amazing. And the restroom was clean. And the best thing about the visit was her sense of humor. When my dad who was half blind jokes that the graham cracker crumbles looked like mustard to him she offered to go get some out of the fridge in the back for him if he wanted. (Which of course that would be gross) That’s the first time I’ve ever tipped someone for ice cream. She earned it.

Amazing ice cream! Love the different flavors and that you can choose different add-ins. My son loved watching them mix in his chocolate chips with his blue cotton candy ice cream. We will definitely be back!

I took my granddaughter in today the service sunk and one of my granddaughter had a piece of plastic in here ice cream and all they could say is we are having trouble with the ice cream maker i dont think i will go back

First time being here. Place is clean and original. The shakes are good and the employees are happy to help if you need any help with anything.

Great place and good quality. Ive stopped here several times over the years and have always found something I like and enjoy. The place is always clean and staff is always friendly. I particularly enjoyed the icecream cake I picked up once for a friend whod never visited before. He had to check it out as well and loved it just as much.

After seeing the delicious looking ice cream cakes on their website, I ordered a turtle cake with praline ice cream and chocolate cake. I received vanilla ice cream with a chocolate gooey crust and no cake. So I returned it and asked them to remake it as ordered. After picking up the return cake, it was the exact same. Vanilla ice cream with a chocolate gooey crust and no cake. To make matters worse, the manager argued with me saying ice cream cakes are ice cream, not cake. They need to brush up on their cake knowledge and customer service skills. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Odd selection of ice cream flavors. It is a bit pricey. For a family of 5 we spent $30 and that was with military discount. Ice cream is good and its clean inside.

Went to go eat ice cream and ended up walking out from waiting. Two people working and only one waiting on people. Ten people in line waiting to be helped, but workers more interested in talking to each other. Last time I ever go back.

You cannot go wrong with fresh ice cream and fresh fruit! The servers are also very nice!

The flavor of the ice cream was fantastic, however the sugar servers were in aa unnecessary rush and did not let and of the icecream get hard enough. And that resulted in very runny ice cream on a cold October afternoon 😞

The service was absolutely terrible. The lady with the black hair and bright eyeshadow has no customer service skills. Just stood there with a blank stare and then continued to roll her eyes whenever me added extra toppings. They then proceeded to gossip behind the counter and flirt with my significant other... but besides that the ice cream was sub par. If youre gonna get ice cream youd be better off at cold stone or dairy queen across the street.

The manager always goes above and beyond! I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter this past September and Micha was very helpful and patient with me. I am in love with the coffee ice cream. I try to come by each time Im in Amarillo.

Went in on a Sunday at 2:15 pm, Waited in line over 25 minutes, only 3 people in front of me, there was only 1 person working and she was struggling.6 slots were empty, I waited patiently because I love the coconut ice cream and was going to see if she had any to put out, as I was standing there waiting the line behind me grew to 19, I finally left because the young lady could not get the blenders to work correctly and was having issues getting the measurements correct to fill the cups for the gentleman in front of me.

My most favorite ice cream!! Red velvet with marshmallow cream or coffee with heath bar are my favorites!

Loved the ice cream and cone.But COME ON management 103 degrees outside and only one person behind counter.As we sit here 9 people waiting in line and have seen 5 walk out.Not the young man behind the counters fault he is working as hard and as fast as he can.Just needs some HELP!!!

When the have it in nothing beats the black walnut ice cream with added walnuts. Otherwise I settle for the butter pecan, which they always have.

When I went there the icecream was good but they didnt clean the slab they roll and mix things into the icecream on I had some dirty black spots in mine that werent supposed to be there

I felt like it was a bit overpriced. The cones really had no flavor. Maybe a bit stale. For 3 cones, single dip, it was 14.53. And the scoops were kids size. Probably will not visit this establishment again.
