Phil has serviced this account extremely well and we are very appreciative of it. The only thing I would suggest is that the service records be shared with our maintenance department in a better manner. I have seen communications between Samet and the service department in the past that suggest we are not getting them, or getting them late. Overall, we really are impressed with Phil and his work with us.
