During COVID protocol, door is locked to limit number of customers in the office. When I approached the door they came out inquired as to my needs and then brought me into the office. Provided me with outstanding service, brought my items out to my truck, helped to put the items into the truck, took the empty tanks and even helped me secure the new tanks for my continued trip. Was from out of town and just passing through and these ladies were polite, talkative and more than 5 star service providers....... AWESOME

I have been coming here with my Mimi to pick up her supplies for the past several months and each time has been nothing but pleasant. They are very patient and also have been able to get done all that my Mimi has asked them to.

I ordered a power chair from open air mobility and Lincare is the delivery service for them and Amarillo and I take care of them. I will agree with everybody else on their reviews. These people are very rude if I could have ordered from any other place I would have ordered from a different vendor. They get I want actually I like to give you a zero. These people are rude they have poor customer service.

Beware of this company. They will not call you when they are going to deliver supplies. Will come when you are at doctors appointments and not home. Will then say it is your fault because you were not home (mind you, you that you ask for a call in advance). Will not deliver all the supplies that were ordered for you as they always “forget” something, then it is your responsibility to figure it out, and remind them for those supplies and then go and pick them up yourself. Don’t be afraid to call them out on it, call their corporate office, and report them to your insurance company for fraud. (It is Fraud to not file claims on time and also to not deliver supplies in a timely manner).

Abysmal customer service. The manager was unspeakably rude and condescending to my mother and lied to her face several times. She even tried running away from her rather than answering her questions. Still waiting for an apology that we know will never come. Her supervisor defended her instead of standing up for the customer -- not even acknowledging that his employee was even slightly in the wrong. He hung up when presented with evidence to the contrary. Its truly despicable that a company can profit off of the helplessness and misery of their customers -- actively making things worse, in fact.

Chose ANYONE else. They do not work with you on payments ($50 a month is apparently not enough) and then they send you letters saying you wouldnt work with them to make payments (which we are making $50 a month - all we can afford) and demand you pay and berate you. They also overcharge for items. Go ANYWHERE else.

CHOOSE ANOTHER OXYGEN SERVICE! This is the worst company youll ever deal with for any reason! They are unorganized, uneducated, condescending, rude....and treat the elderly HORRIBLY! Run the other way! Choose Britcare instead of this nightmare....and remember: with Medicare you only have 30 days to switch providers or youll be stuck with these morons for 5 years!!!!

I have been using Lincare in Amarillo. The problems started at the 3 month mark. I kept calling but not getting any results. I visited in person many times and still no results. They keep you happy until they get paid by the insurance then they do not care anymore. I got tired of being left to feel like they didnt care about my health or business. I had to move on to someone else to get my health supply needs met. Employees always saying they are busy and so on. I am busy too, finding a new respiratory supplier.
