Great customer service by Louis! Callee ahead and he had a selection of cases anf screen protectors ready for me when I showed up...he put the screen protector on while on the phone for another Customer...very happy! #beatintheya$$

Best Sprint store for knowledge and attention. They are willing to work with you, answer questions and explain what is available. The best customer service among the Sprint stores in the area. Im a fan.
The customer service guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Probably the best Sprint store in the area. Only gets three stars though because the manager of the store basically refused to honor Sprints 14 day return policy for accessories until really pressed the issue. He was very demeaning and kept implying that since I signed something saying I was purchasing them that I did not have the right to return them... Not true at all, but kept treating me like an idiot. Eventually he returned them but only after a 20 argument, three trips back to the store and a call to corporate.
Happy, this sprint store is here near Wal-Mart in American canyon, service is great. Way better than the store in Vallejo. You would like it too no lines.
Professional and courteous when greeting customers. 5 stars ! 2 stars for effort to solve Sprint customers issues with their phone . I have been to this store twice and both times same two young guys .. greet you but that is it ! They seem to make excuses to not help you ... one time I came in 30 mins before closing, gate was partially closed ... they did not want to help me activate my iPhone 10R that I did not buy from them . They suggest to come back or go to Fairfield store . Today I come back in early to help me with my iPhone 11 . My old SIM was not compatible and need one that was. First thing the same guy says is we don’t have iPhone 11 SIM cards. NO effort to help ! I went to the non corporate store in VALLEJO on Sonoma Blvd. the young man was awesome with solving my issue and gave me A-D SIM cards and said one of them should work and complete my activation online with the Chat service . That is how you help your customers !AVOID Am Canyon store if you want service !
I came in to this store to do an upgrade, I was told by an associate that sprint was having a promotion and they were giving me 300 worth of accessories in which I only got about 150 or some worth, wireless charged, a case and a screen protector. And I repeat the associate told me it was a “Promotion” I get My first bill and I pay no attention to it because the first bill is usually higher. I look at my bills and I see an installment that has been charge on my account ever since I got the new upgrade. I call customer service to check on what this installment is and ofcorse it comes back as those accessories. The associate on the phone can’t help me, so I told her I will go to the store to confront the associate who help me. She agrees I go to the store and I see the associate that helped me I don’t remember her name but she’s a short Asian young lady, and I tell her exactly what she told me when I got the accessories which she rudely ignores. I put her on the phone with the associate and she tells her that i miss understood what she told me. I interrupt her and call her out on her lies. They remove the installments from my phone bill but I’m not able to get the rest back because appetently I signed a contract agreeing to have installments. Why would o buy a 40 dollar case and a charger and put it on installments on my bill i just don’t understand. I called corporate and will advice an investigation on transactions on this store. Deceiving and untrustworthy. I have been a sprint loyal client for over 5 years and they have lost me completely due to this associate doing shady business. I don’t recommend.

Very easygoing . but unable to fix my phone problem because my phone did not act up untill hours after I left. oh well !!! 😫🙄🤨Had to go to the sprint store 3 times in order to figure out the problem (turns out it was a new app I installed grammerly) loaded with pop UPS DO NOT USE THIS APP... the staff at sprint was always professional and as helpful as they could be. In the end they found the problem and fixed it.
Great customer service went there today to get a battery charger everybody was very helpful and even tried to lower my bill for me thanks guys, see you soon
