This place has no follow through or call backs on work being preformed (had the car for about 7weeks) They promise a βcall backβ but yet never call you back. They would only let us view our car once we signed the documents and upon receiving our car back the tires were not on all the way and the airbag light was on. When addressed this with the shop they said it was not their problem and to take it to a mechanic π
My daughters car ceiling filled with water streaming from the roof during a rain storm, and we had no idea where the leak was coming from. In the middle of the storm they brought it in, kept me up to date on every aspect of what they were finding, and fixed it immediately! Iβve never been to an auto body shop where Iβve been treated with more care and concern! I would highly recommend them!!
We had a wonderful experience working with Terry! He was always so friendly and so willing to answer all my questions as well as take care of my concerns regarding my vehicle. It was such a smooth process dropping off my vehicle as I had to drop it off after hours. They have a lock box outside which makes it really convenient to drop a car off. The craftsmanship and work done on my car is flawless and Iβm very happy with the product! Thank you thank you so much Terry!
I would give them 5 stars, however, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it had a dead battery. The actual body & paint work was fantastic.

The time involved in replacing glass on my car was excessive. 2 windows and the trim took two weeks. However, the rental car made it possible to continue life while my car with in the shop. The response of each team involved was fast, efficient, and helpful. They replied rapidly to questions. Allstate worked directly with the shop on the claim making the process simple and painless.

I first want to start off by saying that this review describes work completed on my vehicle as part of an insurance claim. I also havent received the vehicle back yet, but I have set my rating on the assumption that the vehicle is returned in perfect condition with all repairs successfully completed. That would earn the single star Ive included in my rating.That said, my experience with Ken Garff Body & Glass has been an absolute mess from start to finish. I was in a fender bender which led to some damage to the front of the vehicle, including some damage to engine components. That was five weeks ago. In that time, I have never once been proactively called by Ken Garff with information or updates. Ive called multiple times, been told Id receive a callback, then never received one. The catch-phrase at this location seems to be, Huh. Let me check on that and get back to you. This never happens. The only way Im able to speak with the service advisor on my vehicle is if he happens to answer the main line when I call, which has happened only rarely, and he flat-out refuses to give me time estimates on what seem to be basic and standard tasks, like reattaching a bumper. Theres nothing quite like having to trick the person assigned to your vehicle into speaking with you.When I have been given completion date estimates, those dates have then passed with no calls or explanations. When Ive asked for explanations of the delays, Ive had recited back to me that Our priority is making sure that your vehicle is fully repaired, as if this is some honorable, superhuman effort, rather than the bare minimum expectation of a repair shop.In case anyone thinks that I have unreasonably high expectations or would never be satisfied with any level of service, I have had my insurance agent, whos been handling claims for decades, call me multiple times for no other reason than to vent and explain that hes never experienced anything like this anywhere else in his career as an agent. This is a joke, were his exact words to me on a recent call. I had to agree. He has had the same lack of success with getting straightforward information as I have.Like I said, perhaps if you are dealing with them directly as a customer they may feel more of an obligation to communicate and complete your repairs in a timely manner. But the overwhelming impression here is that because theyre dealing with an insurance claim, they can delay and bill endlessly with no repercussions. Extremely disappointing, and I could not recommend this location to anyone I care about.

I wish there wouldnt have been the mess up in the first place ... They would definitely have gotten 5 stars.First let me say the office staff is awesome. They are very friendly and kept me informed and the shop did stay on the schedule they stated. My car had frontend damage from a vehicle tearing off the front end in a Walmart parking lot. When I went to pick up the car the front headlight that had to be replaced was not correctly put in. It was very obvious and how it didnt get caught before I was there I dont know. I pointed it out and they took it right in and adjusted it. It looked better and I thought it was correct. (still had a gap and was easy to tell there had been something that had happened) Had the car one night and when I walked to get in my car the next morning I noticed something coming loose in my wheel well. Come to find out they never secured it, all the screws or whatever should be there were gone. This made me wonder if the bumper was securely put back on. I found that is was missing screws under the frontend of the car also. I also noticed the cover that the splash guard that was under the car was also cracked. After looking at my parts that were suppose to be new (paid for) that the splash guard was listed. Thanks to the poor work I was able to find that they also charged for a part that wasnt replaced. Needless to say I am beyond upset, the poor work was one thing but the dishonesty is something else!!!!
1 year and 2 months ago we had the windshield replaced on my van. Customer service was not good at all. They didnβt tell me they had to take my van to a dealership to have the camera recalibrated. When I called to pick up my van is when I found out and that it wouldnβt be ready for several days, even though when I dropped it off they guaranteed it would be done the same day. I had to throw a big fit and then make arrangements with the car dealer to pick my van up from the dealer.Now the seal on my windshield has come up, so I called and the guy I spoke to didnβt think they would fix my seal without paying to install another windshield and said I had to talk to someone else and transferred me to voicemail. I still have gotten a call back from them. Terrible, terrible customer service. I do not recommend them at all!!!! Hopefully my insurance company can make Ken Garff fix their terrible seal job.
Ken Garff I hope youre listening....one of the worst car experiences I have ever had!I was in an accident 2/11/17, Had My car towed to Ken Garff on 2/20/17 and was finally able to pick it up on 3/15/17The estimated time to fix my car was 3 days they had it nearly a month!Customer service and communication on their end was horrible! After having my car for a week, and not hearing from them I called them, where my estimator Eric finally told me they had found additional damage than what was originally estimated and they needed another insurance quote.for the next two weeks I had to make phone calls to find out the progress on my vehicle, only on the day my car was finally ready to be picked up did Eric call me to let me know it would finally be done around 3 or 4. I finally received a phone call around 5 that it was done and I could pick it up, but they would be closing in an hour.Ken Garff also states they provide a free car wash and detailing with repair as you can tell from the photos the car had not been through a car wash, nor vacuumed out all the way.They also replaced or cleaned one headlight cover and not the other. For how long they had my car I definitely expected better customer service, better communication, and better service all around!Will definitely not recommend to others, and will not be coming back!
Horrible work, 5 negative stars.no adult in charge, nobody willing to take responsibility for the damage ken garff caused to my porsche.couple pictures of what ken garff considers normal.1st pic, weld job, not finished, not sanded, not primed or painted, no rust proofing.2nd, circled is a glob of paint. these drips are all over the car, this one looks like someone actually attempted to clean it up using scotchbrite.3rd, canvas top was removed to access body panel. looks like the top was placed underneath a bucket of paint. huge stain that ken garff hopes the customer doesnt notice.the entire car is covered in a combination of sanding dust and dirt, then sealed in place with paint over spray.paint surface feels like a concrete sidewalk.interior is trashed with grease stains on the carpet from ken garff crawling around inside and paint over spray on seats, dash and instrument panel.multiple areas of paint damage from someone either sitting on the car or placing tools/work materials on the paint surface.

They went above and beyond! I had injured my leg and was unable to drive. They collaborated my work from another dealer at their store. They picked up my vehicle from my home fixed both things and returned it to my home! Everything looks great and the service was exceptional. They wore mask if near me. Payment was done on the phone. Social distancing was amazing! Highly recommend!
I tried scheduling my repair for 3 weeks. I went in for a quote and they said theyβd get back to me to schedule and never did. I called back but the front desk said they couldnβt schedule and had to transfer me. I left voicemails and emailed them and I never got a response for weeks.I ended up calling cascade collision and they got me in only a couple days later and even got me a rental car for the time they were doing the repairs, while Ken Garff said they couldnβt. Definitely donβt recommend going here.
Amazing customer service replacing our window on our new Honda CRV. We were in Utah from CA for a funeral and were victims of a smash and grab robbery. Our window on our brand new vehicle was broken and my purse stolen while attending the family gathering the night before the service. The next morning, I was told by other repair shops that the car was too new and they couldnβt get the glass for a few days. Ashley at Ken Garff got back to me just before the service, gave me a quote, and was able to get the window in that afternoon!! Thank you! As good as new and able to leave for home on time.
I had a great experience bringing my car into the Ken Garf body shop. The service was very professional and the service tech Justin went above and beyond with my car fixing a crack on my number the insurance wouldnβt cover. I highly recommend getting your car fixed here. If I ever have any further problems I will be back.

This was the first time I ever needed a cosmetic repair on my car and I honestly think it couldnt have been any better. Everyone was very nice and professional. Not to mention they were all very understanding and accommodating when it came to me lacking experience with this sort of thing. I was told that my repair would take at most a week and they got it done in under two days! Very thankful this first experience was a good one π

I had a great experience with these guys in American fork. I purchased some Kelderman custom steel bumpers for my 2017 F350 Platinum and they painted them up right. They took the time to explain to me the best process for painting and went into great detail to make sure that it was done professionally. Brian kept in contact with me through the whole process and kept me updated on how the completion was going. They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate their service. I gained so much respect for him as each day my Lexus was getting repaired I was informed as to the progress. I wanted to get a quote on a windshield on my f150. Between my wife and I there was 10 phone calls over a 3 week period. Left are information 5 times because apparently there is one girl that can give a quote and she is either at lunch or just stepped out. I donβt understand. I called last year trying to get a quote on a fusions windshield and same thing. Never have I heard back from them.
Colton did an incredible job at assisting me. He was very informative and helpful. He went out of his way to help answer some additional questions and assisted me in arranging some other repairs that I wanted done. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and plan to go back in the future and would request Colton to assist!

Set an appointment to get a bid a week before we were going to get the work done on our vehicle. We did this because we were going on vacation. Wouldnt need to rent a car. Would be done when we got back. We were gone 8 days. Car wasnt done when we got back. Took another week and a half. Had to rent a car as well. They did do a great job on the repairs despite the long turn around time.

The representative asked my car VIN and said she would call me back with the price. She did not call me anymore. Since I work 8 hours a day, I did not look for another glass replacement company so far. Instead, I waited for her call. Is this the way KG glass works? Thanks

Although the body work was adequate, they refused to stand behind their supposed warranty.About two years ago, the front driver side of my vehicle was damaged in a parking lot incident. I took the vehicle to Ken Garff Body and Glass American Fork and they replaced the fender flaring and some structural elements and painted the fender (I dont remember if they had to replace the fender or not). When I picked up the vehicle, there were two 2-inch scratches in the fender they had just repaired. The scratches were next to the flaring they had replaced and were very deep, all the way to the metal.I pointed out the scratches to the technician that I was working with, Colton. He grabbed a rag and applied some rubbing compound to the rag and tried to buff-out the scratches, to no avail. After looking at it for a couple minutes, he said that it would be covered by their warranty. However, since I needed the vehicle, I told him I would bring it back later to have the scratches fixed.Then, last April, we had another parking lot incident which damaged the passenger side front fender. I took the vehicle back to Ken Garff and asked that they complete the warranty work to fix the two scratches that I had noticed in their first repair at the same time that they fixed the new damage. The tech that I worked with, Justin, said he would talk to his manager about it.When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the manager had said the he couldnt see how the scratches were covered by their warranty (how about the fact that you guys put those scratches in there?). They had instead filled the scratches in with touch-up paint and did a pretty terrible job (I couldve done the touch-up paint better).Suffice it to say that I will never take another vehicle to Ken Garff Body & Glass American Fork. Their warranty is completely useless.

Ashley helped me every step of the way dealing with UDOT to fix my windshield and with the dealership for my warranty coverage so I didnβt have the headache. Ford recommended these guys when I took my car in for a damaged running board. Lincoln doesnβt sell running board parts separately for my year car and Spencer gave me options and helped me figure out what I could do. I accidentally ordered the wrong color running board and they were still able to switch parts and fix it. They were so patient and helpful, especially Spencer. The work was amazing and I highly recommend them.

Tyler was super patient and helpful with my questions and concerns- he went up and down to get work done! I high recommend these guys! they know what theyre doing!
They have a lot of work and lots of vehicles there but while I was sitting in the waiting room, the employees were joking with each other and werenβt working. The receptionist was friendly, kind and honest and tried to get accurate information from mechanics, but they were slow to work. If you can go somewhere else, do.

My car was delivered here January 19th 2020. I have been calling constantly to get updates and most of the time they havent done anything. They lowballed me on the initial estimate and it has jumped from 1800 to 2600. Well, here I am February 28th. They PROMISED me that I would have it today but they just informed me that it wont be done until at least Monday. I cant believe how slow they are.
These guys were FANTASTIC to work with. They were transparent in their communication and made sure I knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. I will return to them with any of my future body work needs and recommend them to everyone I know!
Quite possibly the worst Auto Body Shop in Utah. Almost two months after dropping the car off, I finally went to pick up my Ford Mustang (Something they sell and should know how to work on) only to find an absolute mess. Examples below:- THE EXHAUST WAS INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN!! (No, this is not a joke)- Aftermarket LED side markers were thrown away instead of reinstalled. (I spoke to and showed multiple people at the shop to insure this would be re-used)- Aftermarket Tail Light Sequencer was either thrown away or incorrectly wired (I also made them aware of this on multiple occasions)- Trunk was full of dust ( A LOT ), covering my aftermarket radio with metal dust and then just leaving it there- Roush Spoiler was incorrectly and very lazily installed, so it was only halfway on and you could hear it almost fall off when you close the trunk. You can literally hear bolts and parts roll around inside the trunk lid and spoiler when you close it.I have forward and rear facing dash camera footage from most of the repair that I will be reviewing. Looks like they realized that I had a dash camera and tried moving my radar detector from the bottom of my windshield to the top right in front of the camera as well.If these guys spent half as much time training their technicians as they spent on milking insurance companies for money, they could be a competent and honest body shop.I am extremely disappointed that I chose to have my car repaired here. It is especially disappointing when you work so hard to get your dream car and someone takes such poor care of it.I will NEVER buy a car nor have any vehicle repaired at Ken Garff, neither should you.
These guys have taken really good care of my cars. They handled insurance seamlessly, although their paint shop had been a bit slower both times over used them.
They did an amazing job I got rear ended on I-15 Colton took amazing care of me now i know itβs not the shops fault but while it was in there a tow truck hit my passenger door but they let me know I didnβt have to worry about it that they will take care of it. Now i had done aftermarket chrome delete on the whole car I went to pick it up but the chrome delete on the upper part of the door was not there I know there isnβt much they can do but other than that amazing job!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Told me my car would be finished in a week, they took a month and a half to finish. When I got my car back something broke and now theyβre saying they canβt fix it without me paying for it. Very poor service donβt take your car here go somewhere else.
A guy named Conner works there and heβs the BEST. He quoted me and then found a way to get it cheaper by like a $100. Heβs the best. Anyways. I love ken garff.

A large metal object flew off the back of a truck onto the hood of my car, severely damaging the hood and shattering the windshield. My insurance had me take my car into Ken Garff Auto Body in American Fork. My car was repaired in just over a week and they were very good about texting or calling me daily to give me updates on the repair. However, when I went to retrieve my car, the clear coat on the front bumper passenger side is completely peeling off. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that it in no way could be their doing because they didnt use any chemicals or anything that could cause peeling of existing paint. However, my car did NOT have this problem when I brought the car to them and after it was in their care for a week, it now does. They told us that the entire bumper would need to be sanded and repainted. I will never use Ken Garff Auto in American Fork again and will warn others of my experience.

They were nice enough to see me right away but did the very least and then tried to convince me I had to go the expensive route if I wanted repairs done. I went somewhere else the next day and they immediately helped me and did ALL they could for NO COST. Ken garff is not the way to go.
After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for our car to be repaired, they made it right and gave us a generous discount. Ken Garff, even when they mess up, is listening. So what started out as a disappointment became a wonderful surprise.
I chose to use Ken Garff after they purchased Gene Harvey Cheverolet, where I had many vehicles painted or repaired over the years! Assuming since some of the staff was still on board from the Gene Harvey days! Collin dropped the ball from day one! Now wether he doesnβt have enough help or suffers short term memory loss Iβm not sure! But after more than a week to receive my quote! And another month later I had to call and see if they got the Insurace approval, that the Insurace people had already said they approved weeks ago! Finally the sweet reception lady is the one who got the info! Then I called to schedule was told the vehicle needed to stay 4 days! So I planned on a week! Well now weβre onto the second week! No phone calls no texts giving us a heads up! I think there are other places that would take much better care of you and your vehicle! Obviously the Gene Harvey staff either loved their jobs, or were taught a much higher law

I wish I could give zero stars. My truck had a minor scratch on the front bumper. But when I picked it up 2 months later after the βrepairs were finishedβ the steering wheel was on upside down, it pulls hard to the right and has a grinding noise when you drive it that it didnβt have before. Ken Garff says they have done all they can and that I need to take it to another mechanic.
