I gave one star because I can put zero we are there with appointments that for 20 minutes I asked three different people to help me and everyone is too busy pretty sad customer service

We worked with Shawn Turner to select an SUV among the Ford offerings. He went with us on test drives and explained the many desirable features of the vehicles. He was professional and helpful in every way. We would definitely use Shawn again!

Went in for an oil change and they didnt put the cap back on and oil splattered all over the engine compartment. Absolutely not coming back.
