My husband and I went in at my 14 week mark to see the gender of our baby! it was such a sweet experience. all the details of this location are well thought of- like the ultrasound gel is warmed up, and the bed is warm and well padded all while calming music plays. the environment and our technician made me feel very relaxed and happy! and we are having a boy!! i love all the pictures they got of his cute profile and different body parts! I will for sure be back next for a massage because I can only imagine how great that would be if my ultrasound was that relaxing!

Went for a gender ultrasound of my twins at 15 weeks. I am so impressed. Our technician was amazing. I wish I would have got her name. She was so knowledgeable, and she was so good at her job. She also didnt just say k its a girl and boy and blah blah blah. She showed us the parts of the babies and took pictures of their cute profiles and body parts. I cannot say enough good. Thank you guys so much for making this an amazing experience for us and our families.

My husband and I went today for our ultrasound and we couldnt have been happier. We were greeted when we walked in. The woman behind the desk was so friendly, nice and explained everything. Then we went back in the ultrasound room and we were super comfortable and plenty of room. The ultrasound tech was the best. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and would like to come back at 35 weeks or so. The place was clean and followed safety protocols. Well worth it. We loved it. 😁

We had the best experience! We did the 32 week 3D/4D images and video. Jill was our ultrasound tech and she was amazing! We couldn’t see baby boys face very well so she had us come back again and we were able to get better photos of his face! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly. They were great! We got the premium package which includes printed color photos with the heartbeat bear. We had to go back 3 different times because baby wasnt turning for the camera, but they were so accommodating with my schedule since my work is so complicated. Kiera was AMAZING. This is my second pregnancy and it’s been such a different experience from my first. Because of this, I have had so much anxiety and needed an ultrasound to ease my mind. Best customer service ever!! My husband and I went in for a gender ultrasound. The technician Ashley was so sweet and made us feel very comfortable. Our sweet baby was being so stubborn she could not for sure tell the gender. She then had Chelsea the owner come in and our baby was still being such a stinker. They were very sweet during the whole time and gave us some great tips and tricks and offered for us to try again in 30 minutes. They took us right back and tried again and was able to determine the gender for us! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! We will definitely be going back for more ultrasounds in the future!

Had the best experience!!! They took so many pics of my baby and even helped me get her to move so we could see her face!!! The facility was clean snd modern, and the bed you lay on is so comfy! Like it shocked me! They were so nice to let my four year old lay on the bed with me snd kept letting him hear the heart beat which he loved! Staff was so nice and got me so many pics to take home and sent me over the images and video digitally soon after I left! 10/10 recommend!

We went to this location to find out the gender of our 2nd baby! Amid a pandemic we were nervous, but all our nerves were put at ease when we arrived. I absolutely love their new American Fork location! The decor and atmosphere are flawless. All of the staff memebers are friendly and want to make your experience great. When I was pregnant, I loved finding out gender early at 16 weeks since my doctor only offers 20 week ultrasounds! Fetal Fotos gave me so many pictures that were bigger and better quality than the ones I got from my doctor.Now, I go to Alysia for massages. She is sweet and is great at focusing on my problem areas. She is the first massage therapist I’ve seen that helps relieve my pain for more than a day! I also love that you get to choose which oils they use. I’ll be coming back again and again!

I came here at 14 weeks and 5 days to find out the gender of my baby. They nurse was super helpful and everyone was so friendly! Our baby did not want to uncross its legs, but the nurse was super patient, had me lay on my side for a little bit and checked again to find out we are having a boy!! This place is so freaking cute!! They also sell the cutest baby clothes and accessories. When I came here with my sister in law, we all felt so welcomed! We have been here multiple times and love the experience every time we come. When we went to do the gender check with our first, she was sitting in a position we couldn’t get a good photo. Live in Hawaii and husbands aren’t allowed to come to appointments because of covid. When I got my anatomy scan in Oahu the doctor was so cold and didn’t care that this was such a big moment for a first time mom. When he went to show me my babies face his hand was in front of it and the doctor said, “oh that’s too bad mom.” and ended the scan. I was crushed. So when I found out about fetal fotos and that I would be able to get in with my husband while visiting for Christmas I jumped on it! THEY WERE AMAZING! They truly cared that I got to see my baby boy and they were unbelievably patient with his stubborn little hands. I had an amazing experience going to Fetal Fotos a couple days ago. I wanted to be surprised and surprise my husband with the gender so I took my 11 year old daughter with me to help pull it off. Because of COVID restrictions kids cant go to ultrasound appointments at my OBGYN. So I was glad Fetal Fotos doesnt have that rule and my daughter could be there! She was so excited. They had many cute ways to reveal genders at Fetal Fotos and cute gender onsies we could purchase! We had so much fun and I was very impressed. The ladies working even helped my daughter buy some things while I hid in the back so I wouldnt know the gender!

First...I love the new design of the store. It looks fantastic. I love the updated look.Second...the staff is wonderful to work with. They have been so kind and make sure that you are well taken care of. They are willing to answer any and all questions you may have.Third...I have gone in for two ultrasounds, a massage, merchandise, and baby photos. It was wonderful being able to find out what we were having earlier than our doctor was able to get us I . They helped us keep it a surprise so we could be surprised at our gene set reveal like everyone else. They were really good at pointing things out to us on the ultrasound so we knew what we were looking at. I also loved my massage. It was my first prenatal massage and I wish I had gone in for more. The therapist really helped me pin-point where my pain was coming from and even told me things I could do at home to help with it. Because we had such a good experience, we also had a few newborn pictures taken there as well. The photographer was very patient with us since our daughter was having a tough time. She was able to help calm her down when she was getting fussy. The pictures turned out so cute.All in all I would say that I would recommend going to Fetal Fotos in American Fork to anyone. In fact, I already have. I plan on going back with our future kids.

I truly enjoyed my experience there! I went to their new American Fork Location, and chose the 3D/4D ultrasound package.The store was clean, gorgeous, had many photo ops, and even had adorable baby products you could buy from name brands!All the staff there was amazing and friendly. They made us feel at home and welcome.The ultrasound tech made sure we saw everything we wanted to see before my appt was done as well. I had never done a 3D/4D ultrasound before and was definitely impressed!!! I would recommend every pregnant mama go there!! They also do newborn photography and prenatal massages and couples massages! This is a one stop shop!!! I’ve never had a prenatal massage, but will absolutely be getting a couples one soon!

It was very easy to schedule a same-day appointment! The facility was very nice and very clean. The girls at the desk were incredibly nice and very helpful through the whole process. The ultrasound beds are extremely comfortable! I didnt want to get off! The techs make you feel secure and at ease during the whole experience. I love that the TVs in the room are big enough so everyone can see from a good angle no matter where they are at in the room. The ultrasound was very clear, and she spent time with us pointing out the spine, feet, hands up by the face. We didnt feel rushed at all. It was a great experience! I havent had a prenatal massage done there, but the 2D ultrasound experience was great enough that I would feel very comfortable coming back for a massage! Thanks AF Fetal Fotos!

We wanted to find out the gender of our baby early, so we went to Fetal Fotos! The whole experience was great. The technician was so nice and took the time she needed to get a good shot of babys bum. The bed was incredibly comfortable too! We left with some really fun sonograms of the baby, a little gift bag, and a white flower that would soon turn pink! We loved the whole experience.

We went to Fetal Fotos at 14 weeks to see if we could find out the genders of our twins early. We have been very lucky to have many ultrasounds with our doctor since we are having twins, but they are super quick and there’s no time to absorb it. At Fetal Fotos they take the time to find the genders and you get to see the baby (or babies in our case) for so much longer. We had the last appointment on a Friday night and I was worried we may feel rushed... but the tech was very attentive and did everything so we knew both the genders. We got good photos, a dvd and a cd with pictures. The staff seemed genuinely excited about our twins. They were right. They are both boys, we just got confirmation from our doctor at our 16 week appointment. The bed is comfortable, the gel is warm and they’ll give you water to help the baby move. They also are fair in pricing. I had to pay extra at my doctors office for the gender scan since I’m having twins, but not at Fetal. We highly recommend and will be back! Thank you!

I went to Fetal Fotos in American Fork yesterday and had a such a WONDERFUL experience! The staff were so prepared, fun and kind! Im pregnant with my first and went almost exactly at 17 weeks. My baby was making it really challenging to see the gender but our tech was creative and great about getting the baby to move and luckily in the last 5 minutes she was able to do the gender determination. They assured me that if they werent able to tell I could come back the next day to do it.I did the $79 package with the video and pictures. I also purchased the confetti canons since we are using that to find out the gender. We cant wait to use them! I have seen some people say they felt this place was pricey, but its so much cheaper than an ultrasound and you actually get keepsakes so I dont feel that way.I would recommend going to Fetal Fotos in American Fork!

Okay— not enough good things can be said about Fetal Fotos! We had SUCH a great experience with them. They were so friendly at the front desk, and the ultrasound tech was so awesome. We were able to determine the gender of our little boy at 13 weeks and 6 days, so not even 14 weeks yet (pretty much 14 weeks, just one day shy). We were able to get some amazing photos of our little babe. Two awesome side-profile photos, a photo of his little hands in fists, a photo of his feet, a front profile, a gender determination photo, etc. We were able to watch our little guy on the screen for like 25 minutes. They had refreshments for us after the appointment, and the front desk ladies seemed so genuinely happy for us as we were leaving. I would recommend EVERYONE to come here, especially if you’re impatient like me and want to know the gender of your babe as early as you can!

We recently went in to find out the gender at exactly 15 weeks. The girls were great at making conversation and really seem to care about our whole experience. The ultrasound tech was so fun! Even though we werent able to find out the gender the first time due to a stubborn baby (we tried cold water, jumping jacks, etc...). she made sure to explain we can come back as many times as we need to get a clear picture of what baby will be! I appreciate the care that was taken.

We were very impressed by the staff at Fetal Fotos in AF. We went in at 14 weeks a little hesitant at the idea of possibly paying for the ultrasound and not being able to find out our babys gender, but the staff quickly confirmed that we would only have to pay one time and could get a voucher to keep coming back if we werent able to find out. When we got there, everyone was really nice, everything was super clean and the environment is just very inviting. A huge plus: the ultrasound gel is warm and the bed is memory foam! I felt like I could fall asleep in the ultrasound room. Our baby was being very stubborn while we were there and kept its legs crossed with the umbilical cord in the way the whole time. After trying all sorts of different tricks, we were invited to go for lunch then come right back the same day to try again in an effort to avoid making us come during a week day after work. They were so accommodating and really did try everything before saying they werent able to get a clear shot for a definitive answer and offering us a voucher to come back another day. The lab tech also informed us that she was 90% sure she knew what we were having from what she saw but was only having us come back because she was not 100% sure yet. We thought that was an outstanding display of service because I have read multiple reviews for other ultrasound offices where the techs spent 5-10 mins on the ultrasound and shot off guesses that later turned out to be wrong. We appreciate their dedication to providing accurate information and look forward to coming back

Myself and my family came here almost 3 weeks ago in hopes of finding out the gender of our baby. It was a little early at 14 weeks 4 days but we were under the impression that if they couldnt see the gender or us for that matter then they would re-do it at no charge.The experience was fine. The receptionist got us right in even though I had accidentally scheduled the ultrasound for the following week. The ultrasound tech was accommodating and friendly. We told her that we were hoping to have a gender reveal party that night and none of us were going to find out then. She took her time to find the gender and stuck the gender photo in an envelope.At the party we cut into our gender reveal cake and took a look at the photo. We could not see what the tech supposedly saw. There was an arrow pointing to what was supposed to be the gender. We saw nothing. In our own research it looked like it still could be either gender.We were disappointed in the tiny photo that we got. And I mean tiny! We even got out a magnifying glass to try to see what it was.We hoped that they would do another ultrasound so we could be sure of what it was. We did spend $70 after all.My mother who paid for the ultrasound tried calling for almost a week. No one answered. She called the SLC location and explained the situation. The receptionist told her that if it wasnt clear then they would have the person come back in for a re-do.The next day she finally was able to get through to someone at the American Fork location. The receptionist informed her that she was new and would talk to the owner. She called back and informed her that both of the techs insisted that the gender was correct and that they would not do a re-do. They would only refund if they happened to be wrong.We paid $70 and still have to wait until our 20 week anatomy scan because the ultrasound is not clear. We were hoping that with that price wed get more than one photo of the gender or have it be more clear.We have been trying to call them in hopes of getting more photos and/or bigger photos but yet again they havent been answering their phones. My mother stopped by during business hours and they were closed.I have never been so disappointed in a business. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Highly recommended. The first time we went in they werent able to identify the gender because it was in a weird position. We had already made plans to reveal it to everyone the next day though, so we called back to see if there was anyway they would be willing to try again. They let us come over immediately and she kept trying for about another 20 minutes until we found out. Not only did they keep trying until they found out for us, but they let us stay after they had already closed so they could get a better quality picture for us to take home. Very friendly workers. The Lady who did it for us seemed genuinely happy to help.

The people that work here are so nice and professional. The ultrasound tech wasnt able to see the gender clearly so she gave us a free visit to come back and a few days when the baby changes positions. I really appreciated the time she took in trying to help me, I would definitely recommend fetal fotos. They’re great.

14 weeks and 5 days, I was so worried the baby wouldnt cooperate and turn to a position we could see the gender took a bit but eventually we got there! I tried drinking orange juice before to help and halfway through got up to go to the bathroom and move around till he uncrossed his little legs. My husband had really hated going to doctors appointments with me and I felt this was a great way for him to get to have a fun time seeing the gender minus the doctor feel. We couldnt be happier with Fetal Fotos!!

An appointment was made and double checked only to be rudely told we didnt have an appointment at the scheduled time. Hannahs exact response well, it wasnt me you talked to. Yes but it was one of the other employees that scheduled the appointment a week ago! Bummer for a gender reveal party happening in 2 days that now has to be canceled. They made no attempt to fix their mistake.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! They are very professional and go above and beyond what I expected. We went there for a gender reveal and I was very happy to see the Tech was very informative and helpful.

We went to Fetal Fotos at 16 weeks to find out the gender of our baby. The staff was so nice and welcoming! Our tech was so patient with us, and would work with us to try and get the baby to move positions. Id definitely recommend going to them!

This place is great. Its a bit pricy but worth it. The girls that helped us were super nice and knew what they were doing. We plan on going back soon.

I cant explain how amazing my experience was. I chose the gender package and was so excited to see what my little bean was! However, my husband wasnt going to be able to join me, so I requested the tech not to tell me and to put the gender in an envelope so my husband and I could open it together later that night.When we opened the envelope we were both a bit confused (we are both very bad at reading ultrasounds). So the next afternoon we went in and I asked if the tech who took the ultrasound could help me read it. The tech from the previous day wasnt there, but the girl at the front desk Jalissa (sp?) told me that she would be happy to help me. She looked at all of my ultrasounds from the previous day and helped me understand everything that we were looking at. She was absolutely amazing.We are so excited, and I will definitely be recommending this place! Thank you!
