The arrangement was beautiful but upon delivery a decent amount of the flowers were wilted and dying. After calling them they did replace most of the dying flowers very willingly. A little disappointing. For the price I paid I expected a beautiful fresh arrangement for the recipient.

I notice that was not addressed at all in the lengthy response.If this is how they define customer service, then I recommend all reading this to look elsewhere.ORIGINAL POST: As a firm believer in you get what you pay for, I do have to say I am underwhelmed with the product hence the one star review.I decided to order with Timp Valley Floral because although there were only two previous reviews, both were 5 stars and some of the other reviews for local florists were downright scary!I ordered the Sweetest Roses bouquet which start at $178.95. I opted for the premium version which bumped it up to $238.95 which is a significant amount in comparison to most of their other bouquets. The picture on the website did not change when you made the selection from Standard, to Deluxe to Premium which was obviously concerning so I made sure to call and order over the phone.I was very clear to the rep that because the cost is significant, I am hoping that the arrangement is much more grand.It delivered on a Friday and although it is a nice bouquet, it is certainly not what I would have expected for over $260.00. I have attached a picture of the standard version as advertised, what was received which is clearly a different product and how they look today, one week later... mostly all dead. When I spoke to Judy she said a week is actually a good amount of time for them to last. I know they dont last forever but they werent fresh and starting dying within a couple of days. By the way my kids also got their mom a 15 dollar bouquet of daisies, all of which are still alive and look great...When I called today I expressed that a partial (not full) refund is warranted as I would have easily paid $160 for that bouquet. Per Judy, because I was out of the 72 hour guaranty window, they can only offer a $15 discount which frankly doesnt even cover the sales tax. I should mention that this 72 hour window was not disclosed on the delivery email nor is it shown on their Our Guarantee section on their site, snapshot also included. I feel Management could have handled this better. Pretty disappointing.

They saved our gender reveal party! She was willing to stay late after they had closed so we could come in and fill up our gender reveal balloon with helium. They are one of the only stores left in the valley that would do it. I was so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help!!

Very nice little shop. I went in to get a rose for my wife. The young lady was very helpful in helping me select a rose, and decorated it accordingly. The prices were good as well. I was very pleased. The ONLY downside that they had against them was, I asked for a certain style of rose, and they didnt have it. Beyond that, theyre great!

I had flowers sent to my grandpa while he was in a rehabilitation center. I wanted something to brighten up his room while he was there. The vase of flowers I picked online were beautiful. The ones that arrived for my friend were terrible. It literally looked like I walked outside picked flowers and without any thought at all threw them in a vase. Will never order from this company again. I have used this floral on many occasions from high school dances, my wedding and mothers day flowers. I am never disappointed. I will not go any place else! Every time I shop there, they’ve been fantastic! My latest experience highlights how wonderful they are. I didn’t realize they closed at 2pm on Saturday. We arrived at 3 and the last person was leaving. She asked what we needed -a plant for a funeral. She took us in and let us purchase even though she was on her way home on MLK weekend.

Never, never again. I trusted them to build my bouquets. I even left another florist and went to Timp Valley because I thought they would do a better job. Boy, was I mistaken. The flowers were cheap, wilted quickly, and were very stingy for the price. The attitude of the service was remarkably bad. The only thing they did right was completely rebuild the bouquets at my insistence, while I stood there. I was late to my event, and still thought the flowers were sub-par. And they charged me extra!!Please, save yourself the trouble and stay away. I am sure there are many other florist choices that will do a better job, give you a better value, with a better attitude.

I am so very disappointed by this place. I ordered flowers from teleflora for my daughters birthday. I received an email earlier saying the florist could not fill my order as requested. At that point I ask to cancel it. They still sent the order and it came from Timp Valley Floral. It is nothing like I expected. I ordered a bright, beautiful bouquet for a birthday. What I received was a god awful, ugly, small bouquet that is all red with filler and greenery that looks like they picked it off of a sagebrush. It made me sick to my stomach. I think the only occasion this arrangement would be suitable for is a funeral if someone that was hated.

Its ok, just needs a little more inspiration on the flower arrangements the one I got was not impressive the price was it was not cheap. They left a note on my door saying they missed me left it with neighbors I never heard the doorbell or knock at the door. Called the place and the woman answering the phone was not helpful at all.
