I can’t stand this location. I’ve shown up here multiple times, not on a holiday, during store hours and the store is closed. I’ll call the store too during store hours and no answer. Very frustrating.UPDATE: changed my review to four stars because I was at the store today and just learned there’s a brand new manager. I met her and was very impressed with her and hopeful that her plans “to turn around the store and fix past issues” will be fixed!

I went to get a toner to try and get rid of orange in my hair. From a bad hair dye job. I was sent with only 1 bottle of toner and the developer. I needed at least 2 bottles to get enough to cover my hair with the toner. I’m livid sake enough products for the customers hair length.
Meh. Neither girl was available to answer my questions. I waited at the front to check out. A lined formed. They opened up the other register and i found myself at the back of the line. Apparently this place cant afford bags either.
Ive had a very frustrating experience with this and the lindon store. They say to go to their website for the most updated hours, but theyre completely wrong. Google maps hours are wrong. I cant get through to any of their customer service or store lines. The stores are just locked. No information, no saying when theyll be open again. I get that these are crazy times, but work with me here! So frustrating.
Sallies has it whatever you need for hair body nails...and reasonable price.
Changing my previous 1 star review to 4: after multiple calls to customer service and requesting to speak with managers a few different times, Sally’s finally agreed to do the right thing.I had been originally told I couldn’t return a “final sales item“ when at the time of purchase I was not told it was a “final sales item”. Thank you Sally’s for doing the right thing!
They’re doing curbside pickup currently, which is great. But I called at least 6 times trying to put in a pickup order. And not once did someone answer...I need some freaking purple shampoo!
I called for curbside pick up and she answered and I said I wanted to buy some hair dye and she hung up. Called again and she asked for the number and when I said hold on and went online to look at the number she hung up. Called soooooo many times after that and she never answered. I need my freaking hair dye! Get better employees!
My Sister just barely bought a years worth of hair dye from them 2 days ago. She was very specific that she wanted the liquid and not the cream hair dye. They put the hair dye in the back trunk to avoid contact. Upon arriving home and opening the trunk she found they gave her the wrong hair dye. Tried to call them back for the last 2 days finally got ahold of someone and assistant manager said they have had a lot of these complaint calls lately but due to covid19 they cannot take anything back regardless of if it was completely their error. It was obvious she didnt care and had no skill at handling a bad situation that was their fault. She went so far as to say that I was welcome to call their corporate but that her feedback from other customers so far was that corporate is just hanging up on people. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The girl at the desk handed me an ad, then asked if I needed help finding anything. She was very nice, and answered all of my questions. :)
Every time I go in there and have questions on what products the staff would recommend I always find products that I love and continue to use. Thanks for ways helping me out!!
It’s a little pricey that’s why I’m only giving four stars. I’m trying to do acrylics at home so I wasn’t sure what brushes to buy or what nail polish to use. Basically I know nothing lol. Kenzie and Katie were working today and they were such a big help! Keep it up!

Friendly staff but no product guarantees: only a limited refund policy. If you buy hair dye and it dyes to the wrong color (not as advertised) then they wont do anything to compensate. They will not guarantee quality as advertised if you open the box or use the product. So, buyer beware! Note: my wife has natural brown hair with grays and whites of age growing in, and wanted to dye brown, but got black hair color from the brown dye. We bought twice from the store in case we needed to try another/different brand, and got dye color remover to use before applying new dye, but got the same black hair color results each time she applied the brown dye.Disappointed with bad products and with a store that does not have a quality guarantee. Im not inclined to buy any other products (like hair cutters, etc) because I dont want to buy from a store that wont guarantee I get what Im expecting and that it will work as advertised.
The staff knows nothing. I had to go back twice to get all the right stuff to fix my hair.
I love the products, but I always feel like I have upset the employee that helps me in some way. Normally she will direct me to what I need and then afterword treat me like I just spit on her grandmothers grave. But the staff IS quite knowledgable.
Very good selection and helpful service, also great if you have a Sallys card for a decent discount.
I was told that I could only get free shipping on equipment if I went through the store. Spent 30 minutes just waiting to be attended to and 15 more for the manager to try and figure out how to do it. Finally, I walked out the store and just ordered on the phone (still an hour phone call). After being charged nearly $600 on my credit card and waiting 10 days. I found out they did the order wrong and my equipment was never on its way. When I called the manager (Angela) out on it, she denied the whole thing and said she would have never done that and tried to blame it on somebody else. Terrible customer service!! If you ever have to order equipment, just do it online. That experience has been great.

As a middle aged, slightly frumpy woman, Im hesitant to go into places like this because Ive been treated poorly, but every time I come to Sallys the employees are friendly and helpful.
The employees here are so rude!! Theyre ridiculously unhelpful, and so unkind that I dread going into this store.
