I called 3 times to try and check on my order and the called was ignored and dropped. When I finally got ahold of someone, he was unenthusiastic and did everything to avoid helping me. Customer service needs to be improved.

I called to get an order put together and was literally transferred 8 times. Pro Desk does not describe the people working here. If your time is worth money go someplace else!
