We had a great experience at Blackhurst. From the start they provided great advice about selecting flooring for our main-floor remodel project, and they were very patient as we went through every possible combination. The materials arrive as promised with no price surprises. The installation team was great - very meticulous about being sure everything was flat and clean before laying down our LVP. The kept their schedule and took good care of our house - taking care not to damage the new floor or newly painted walls. I would definitely refer any of my friends to this company.

Blackhurst Flooring quoted me about $1500 less then other flolring companys. Brody and Brook were very professional and easy to work with. Their crews that did my vinyl and carpet were fast and cleaned up after themselves. My floors look great! I would highly recommend these guys!

Lots to choose from. Short staffed

We have been very happy with our experience using Blackhurst. We shopped around and found the best prices here. I wondered about the quality but the carpet was specd the same as the more expensive options we found. Install was done in a couple of weeks and looks great. The quality and feel of the carpet seems awesome and we used the default padding. The installers were very friendly and helpful. Look forward to using your services again!

We ordered flooring through them days before the whole covid started up. So, they got stuck in the mess of shut downs, deliveries being canceled, etc. It was a total mess trying to get our flooring in, but what I loved about this company is, they ensured everything was fixed in a timely manner, they were very honest, and very good to us. At one point, due to all of the complications, they even made it a point to hand deliver to ensure it was finally and exactly what we wanted. I love the diversity in options they had, and Im very pleased with the flooring we received from them.

Plenty of carpets to choose from. Employees were very patient and very helpful with information to help me decide on what to get. I went with the premium pad cost a little more but I think it will be well worth it. Installer was friendly, and very professional while he worked in my home. Great service one day install Perfect.

Blackhurst Carpet was incredible to work with. Chad was so awesome and helpful. He had some great suggestions that we would have never thought of. We bought carpet throughout our new home and LVP for one room from them. Delivery was right on schedule and the guys that installed it were so professional and great to work with. They did a great job and I love the way it all turned out. I am having them make me a huge rug for our family room now because they were so great to work with. I give them the highest rating possible!

Blackhurst Carpet has been totally outstanding! Besides having a great showroom with plenty of samples, they ordered in additional samples mailed directly to our house, and their service was awesome. They called to coordinate installation schedules, confirmed arrival times and were on top of everything with every step. Highly recommend them as a great company with extremely good customer service.

I have made several significant purchases from Blackhurst over the past 13 years. Every time they have provided pleasant valuable assistance and the products have been very dependable quality. The only concern I have is that once after the sale completed they were painfully slow to respond.

My experience might be unique because I was ordering Ashley furniture through Blackhurst and not getting carpet or anything else they had on hand.The furniture we ordered was on back order from Ashley, but Blackhurst did a bad job at communicating the timeline to us. They said it would be a few weeks, but it ended up close to a few months. We ordered in late September and got the last piece around Christmas time. Blackhurst never gave us updates unless we called or emailed them and specifically asked for updates.Only reason this review is 3 stars instead of lower is because the price through Blackhurst was 15% cheaper than ordering directly through Ashley.

I will never go anywhere else besides Blackhurst Carpets. Stellar service, great prices. You will be very happy.

Great place to purchase carpet, and flooring.

Overall I am pleased with Blackhurst Carpet. The price was great and everyone was nice. My only complaint is that the installers walked all over my brand new carpet with their dirty shoes.

I was referred to Blackhurst by a designer and they had a good selection of carpet. It took 2-3 weeks to get the carpet ordered in and installed and it was installed improperly. I tried to explain the problem several times to several different people and was blamed for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and defensive (just the same as Charlies review below). When I called a few months later to pay full price a second time to get the carpet re-installed properly I was treated rudely AGAIN and no one could or would answer my questions about ordering or installing. I cant recommend this store. My designer was surprised I was treated this way as shes had good experiences there, but I wont ever give them my business again. I would say they are fine if nothing goes awry, but if they cause any problems, you wont get it fixed, get a discount, or get treated kindly.

We were there for about 15 minutes before anyone came out to the front, then another 5-10 minutes before the worker even asked if we needed anything. And there was only one other person in there. No prices were posted on any of their items, so without someone there to answer questions, it’s utterly pointless to even waste your time walking in. Super obnoxious.
