ER Computer Services is great. They work remotely so they tried helping me over the phone first. When that didn’t work they came to my house and all repairs were done in the comfort of my home. They took their time and educated me about my system as they worked. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them, very friendly and they know their stuff.

I called in to get help with getting the compute to boot. He walked me through it over the phone to solve the problem. He was professional and helpful. My computer is unfortunately dead, but he referred me to solutions to selling it for parts and recovering my hard drive. Very helpful!
