Very bad attendance. I don’t want to be their client because they don’t give you attention and are not willing to talk, they just told me to do an online quote even though I already had all the products I wanted them to work on with me. I tried to go back and try to talk again and they locked the door 1h before of closing time.

I placed a last-minute order that they told me would be ready just in time for Christmas. They were very accommodating with me and got the printing done quickly. It was ready one day before Christmas eve, just a few hours before closing. Considering the close time frame and my special request to have it done before Christmas, I assumed they would at least call when it was finished. They EMAILED me 3 hours before closing (for the rest of the week) saying it was ready. An email is not appropriate for this scenario, especially considering the slim time frame for pickup. No one checks their personal email frequently so it was near impossible for me to know in time that it was ready.I never got the sweatshirt in time. Please update your forms of contact so people like me can get the product as planned and requested. A phone call or text would have been appreciated.

Customization House in American Fork, Utah is awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I needed to get a small order done very quickly and they were very accommodating when other shops were not. I would strongly recommend you do business with Customization House.

Great work and great prices

Customization house was in my top 5 companies Ive worked with. Cynthia was very responsive and very helpful. I only needed a couple shirts and hat for my company Im just getting started. Nobody would even respond to me. This was just a small order, but customization house was very willing to help me out. The quality was great, service was better, speed was very fast, and the price was very fair.

This place is amazing, They communicated with us and 100% met our needs for our business. I recommend this, to everyone that needs custom shirts/hats/jackets for anything.

Lindsey there is awesome!I had a small order-10 shirts-and they were happy to accommodate (other places either weren’t interested in working with me, or the costs was astronomical...neither were true with customization House).It was fast, affordable, and friendly. Great price, and fantastic customer service! They did me a great service by special ordering a specific kind of hat that I needed to have embroidered and worked with me step by step so the end product would be exactly how I imagined it. It was done in a very short amount of time. I recommend using this company for embroidery projects over online alternatives because the communication is so important to get your project looking spot on and I havent found any other company thats done this for me.

Had several work shirts that needed names monogrammed. Linsday with Customization house slayed it. Turn around was quick, quality top notch, and paid less than I did the last time I did this somewhere else. Will be back again.

I dropped off some hoodies on a Wednesday and they where ready the next business day! The embroidery looked excellent and the price was more than fair. We will for sure use these guys again in the future.
