Richard provided fantastic service. Needed a dozen donuts for the office. Rolled up in the rain and got some delicious donuts and fresh brewed coffee. Location is clean.

Mediocre to say the least. I got two filled donuts one banana cream one powdered lemon they both tasted and looked like they were made out of three days old sandwich bread with filling. The cinnamon, glazed, and tiger tail donut holes were also the same sad dry bread, no actual donut texture or consistency on any donut. I also got one Chocolate tail with sprinkles and a maple chocolate cake donut and they were crying, screaming for help. The cake donuts were so dense and heavy from the oil or water whatever they had sat in, gravity was pulling them down. The frosting was overly sweet and too heavy. In the end these donuts were Edible but disappointing. I wouldn’t return and if I was invited by someone else I’d recommend to go anywhere else.

I came here a lot a couple months ago and their donuts have been INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately, this past month Ive gone twice and my donuts have been straight up dough. Heavy, underdone, still sticky between my fingers dough. It was nasty. I tried again with a friend who I recommended this place too. And the same thing. Specifically with the maple bar, maple cream, and banana cream. Wont be coming back for awhile. Hopefully in a few months it will be more cooked.

This is such a sad review to write, as I wish this place can be better and can do better since its close to home. Unfortunately, tried this place for the first time a few weeks back, and had the hope of them doing something right, but alas I was pretty disappointed (as well as the kids!).I love that they are open past the afternoon hour (as some donut places close after lunch to prepare for the next day), but their permanent extended hours (open till 8 pm, which is impressive for a donut shop!) does not do them any justice, as their donuts quality is subpar.Came in here and the internal decor is pretty nice - the place looks clean, and everything in its place. They even have a nice wall presentation on one side of the wall, with bagged goodies, boxes displayed in an organized manner on shelves, and wooden framed art for purchasing.I purchased six donuts: maple bar, a twist, apple fritter, glazed, a fruit-filled donut of some sort, and glazed and tiger holes. I took a bite of each of the six donuts and threw away five of them. Each one tasted stale, dense, (in my opinion, a characteristic of a good donut should be somewhat fluffy), and just lack of genuine flavor from each specific donut. The kids ate the glazed donut holes and tiger holes, majorly because they are bite-sized, not because they were good in quality. Wasted my money on this first (and last time) visit. Definitely room for improvement!

It blows my mind to see people flabbergasted they cant get doughnuts at 5-8p? Until sold out is a common concept for doughnut places. ITS SO GOOD OF COURSE THEY SELL OUT.People like me will go in and buy 3 dozen at a time to bribe mine and my husbands office a couple of times a month. Nobody is ever mad to see their super cute purple box and everything hits the spot from their old fashioned sour cream to their fruity pebble doughnuts.I am always thrilled to work with their staff (who are all lovely) and even more thrilled to eat their fluffy pockets of deliciousness. Thank you all!

The donuts these bakers put out are off the chain. The variety of the different donuts is amazing. And baked to perfection. How am I just finding out about this place. Definitely in my top 5 favorite donuts

Good donuts, but I heard ravings of this place and the donuts to me were creative, but I don’t think I would ever crave the donuts at this place. They were good, but Didnt blow my mind or anything. Also we got the donuts to go and they kind put the donuts facing each other in the bag so they got all over each other.Fruity Pebbles bar: the fruity pebbles on the donut were a bit soggy, which wasn’t a shocker, but just not as good as I was hoping. Overall I enjoyed the donut. I would probably try something else next time.

What a wonderful place to be first thing in the morning. The selection is vast, the donuts are amazing to just look at. The taste is beyond what was expected. The true way a donut ought to taste like while feeling good after eating it. Service was handed out with an uplifting tone. I will be a returning customer, for sure.

Yesterday I placed a door dash order last minute for my husbands birthday. I added a side note saying how it was his birthday and to pick some special ones. They guessed perfectly because red velvet is his favorite. They even wrote happy birthday on the box too! Thank you guys so much, it was perfect.

This a great donut place. I’ve ordered donuts many times. I only have an issue with some of the workers. There has been a handful of times where I and my sister have had very rude workers. I get it, you may not like selling donuts but it’s your job and you need to be professional. If you don’t like your job then quit, no one is holding you hostage. 🤷🏽‍♀️It happened today in the morning.

This bluberry cream cheese is making me weak in the knees. The great value and variety of unique flavors alone make this worth the short trip. But the dough is the best Ive ever had. Biscoff? Caramel? Chocolate raspberry? Im a grown man and couldnt choose, so I got a half dozen. Patient hostess took great care of me. Good location. Plenty of parking. Spacious, clean and new. The fact theyre open at night (when my craving for baked goods kicks in) is icing on the perfect cake.

Not sure when the best time to get the freshest doughnuts after 5. Not sure if they make fresh batches for evening customers but we had what tasted like what had been sitting since morning. Flavor was good but lacked the fluffy soft texture a doughnut should have. Would be a five with friendlier customer service and fresh doughnuts for late customers.

My wife, teenage daughter, 9 year old boy, and I got an assortment of 20 different donuts, at around 5pm. Less than 18 hours later, the attached photo tells the whole story. This is what was left, and I only had 2 - I was told, “You snooze you loose.” I even put one in a separate sack to save for later, but it was gone later that day. Of the 2 donuts I was luckily enough to eat, my favorite was the Strawberry Fritter. My daughter liked the Oreo Rolls the best. My son liked Glased Raspberry. My wife liked Strawberry Cream Cheese. The donuts were very moist and delicious. How could I not recommend this place.

So happy I found this place! Awesome combos to classic donut recipes. Each flavor we got was tasty. Price was cheap compared to rest of the treat shops popping up. Will be bringing these to the office from now on. Excited to try the other 90% of the store.

Drove from payson to get doughnuts because I have heard great things about this place. Looked on google says it open, I get there at its closed at 5:30??? Wow

Its good but I just cant say its great. Some of the donuts are just standard sugary donuts. I like a thicker bread and more creamy type of frosting. They have a variety of unique donuts which I give them credit for. So theyre good and worth a visit, but for me, its not my #1 donuts hop in the valley.

Today was my first Jacks donuts and they did not disappoint! The pumpkin spice (pie?) donut was so good, yummy filling and delicious crump top. My son and I split it and now he is anxious to go back from more. I love that they have unique flavors that are so delicious! And the employees were SO nice!

Tigertails are worth the drive in itself. But get there fast before theyre all gone! If theyre out, then try any of their other options. You wont be disappointed, unless theyre sold out of everything, then yeah, there is a risk for disappointment in that regard.

Jack’s Donuts would get zero stars, if I could. Every time we try to have them, we drive there & the place is closed. We check their hours every time, but when you drive up, their door says “or until sold out.” That is a bad way to do business. If you post your hours, I expect to drive there @ 5:30 pm & be able to buy a donut. But they are always closed. We won’t try to go back anymore. Whether they are good or not, it’s not worth my time.

The service and selection were great, the donuts were just not very consistent. We tried 5 flavors, 1 was burned, one was doughy in the middle, the other 3 were delicious. Ill probably stick with a more reliable donut shop, but Jacks definitely has some good stuff!

Probably hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had. There’s so many to choose from and the ones I did have, they were so soft and delicious. Definitely will be going back to try more!

I have always been disappointed when price is considered, and now more so by this response. How dare you accuse me of ripping on your product without coming in and trying it. Let this be a testament to their owners idea of customer service! (Note: the actual employees in the establishment were pleasant to work with, no fault on them) I stand by my review and I would never recommend that you spend your money here, for this owners response alone.Wayyy overpriced for what youre getting, which are half-sized doughnuts at over the regular price for regular-sized doughnuts. Total rip off and I will honestly say that their quality is nothing special. Yes they have some specialty flavors, but the flavor of the doughnuts in general isnt that special!If youre looking for a good doughnut shop here in American Fork (or North Utah County for that matter), look no further than Avenue Bakery. My only advice there is to get their doughnuts fresh, youll thank me later. Their muffin tops are also incredible and they have a whole host of breakfast and lunch options which are really incredible. I love these donuts! My favorite donut of all time are old fashioned cake donuts from the BYU creamery. I always get old fashioned cake donuts everywhere I go but no where ever comes close UNTIL NOW! These are just as delicious.Ive also had a few other varieties and Ive loved them all.

We have been twice so far to Jacks. We went when it first opened, and then again just last week because we had some free donut coupons. The first time we went the donuts were pretty small for the price, and we weren’t that impressed with the donuts. The more recent time the donuts were much bigger and seemed a little more worth the price. I’m not sure if this is a change they made or if individuals are better trained now then they were in the beginning at making the donuts. They do have some unusual flavors that haven’t been my families favorites but they do have some pretty good classics. So far our two experiences have been pretty different so we’ll have to continue to test Jacks out and see what we think.

This is a 5 star doughnut place. Ill update it after COVID because having the guy whose job it is to move the doughnuts from the storage racks to the display area not wearing a mask while masks are mandated is just wrong,. Hes the guy who breathing spends the most time aimed at the food. I wont be back.Thats too bad. They make doughnuts better than any other place Ive been to . That chocolate old fashioned is what my doughnut dreams are made of.

What a fantastic donut shop! They have so many different flavors, ranging from traditional to unique. We sampled five different types, and we enjoyed all of them. Well be back for sure! (Also, take the time to read a few of the signs. They were decently funny.)

Best donuts in Utah county by far. Only putting 4 stars because they haven’t updated their google maps listing to say they’re temporarily closed sundays. I don’t mind, I understand; but we drove up here from south Provo because we get donuts here every year on our anniversary. Please update your hours for 5 stars.

Love this donut shop! All the employees are so friendly and nice. Every time I have been I have had such a great experience. Jessica was so helpful today. And to top it off, the donuts are soft, fluffy and so yummy! They have a great variety to choose from, but the biscoff donut is my favorite.

We took the kids there for donuts early before school, and the choices were impressive. Beautiful store front. Very friendly service. I was particularly impressed with the cake donut, it was lighter and more moist than many Ive had. Definitely would recommend.

YUM!!! I love these donuts! The pink ones are my favorite. The store is beautiful - clean, modern, easy to find - and the staff is friendly and professional. I go out of my way to drive to this Jack’s because I love the service I receive there. The whole family cheers when I bring these donuts home and everyone wants a taste of each one so they can argue about which one is the very best!

So, there was this really cute girl there, Had a very unique name. She was such a sweet girl and she took the time to give me fantastic customer service. I came back a few days later and come to find out she no longer works. she made my experience a 10 and the other employees just don’t seem to care about their customers. Sad to say I will be purchasing my donuts elsewell.

These donuts are awesome! Giant and delicious. Couldn’t get enough! When we go to American Fork we stop for Jack’s Donuts. Jack’s Donuts are made fresh daily in the store and are in a class of their own and grocery store donuts cannot compete. Most Grocery store donuts are mass produced from a factory, frozen and shipped then glazed in the store. This standardization creates mediocre quality.Keep up the great work!!!

Jack’s has a unique offering of donuts that are delicious. If you are not in the mood for a donut, grab the donut holes. That is my donut of choice when maple old-fashion is not available. What sets this location of Jack’s apart are the owners. If you have a hard working, eligible son or daughter, I would suggest they go work at Jack’s.

I and my husband tried your place for the first time just the two of us Monday the 18th. We had just came out from McDonalds after getting a drink, and saw your place, and decided to come look at what was there you had to offer. We had shared one of the red velvet glazed donut. I was highly impressed with the store of how clean it looked. We had good customer service!! We even talked to the owners wife Becky, and then my husband was inquiring about work. We loved the red velvet donut we tried. It was so good!! We were so impressed with everything that my husband came back Tuesday morning and ordered a dozen donuts. We will definitely keep coming back

Amazing stuff! Omg, I can’t praise this place enough. We noticed it while going to a Chinese restaurant in the same area and decided to grab a donut after dinner! I had lemon 🍋 filled donut and it was the best donut I ever had! I loved the lemon filling, it was perfect texture and perfectly tangy and yet sweet! What I loved about the donut is that it wasn’t overly sweet, which is a huge turn off for me with most other donuts. Even though it was after 9 pm, the donuts were super fresh, which is hard to find that late at night.The place was clean and nice, so we sat down and ate them there though we were planning to take them to go.My new favorite place, can’t wait to try all their filled donuts.

Love Jack’s donuts! Easily the best value around. Great selection and excellent quality, especially for the price! Nobody should get donuts for the office or family by going to the grocery store bakery (terrible quality, don’t be that guy). If you are rich, maybe you can afford the overpriced super-fancy donuts for $25+ per box. Or you can be smart and go to Jack’s. They have all the classics, filled, Oreo topped, fritters, and some cool modern mixes of flavors. Be the type of person who brings Jack’s donuts to the party.

Absolutely amazing service! My daughter got the red velvet cake roll and I got the tiger tail and I have to say that they were so amazing. The tigers tail was fluffy and soft and the right amount of chocolate mixed in. The red velvet amazingly beautiful and filled with the creme cheese topping. Worth it!!! I highly recommend this place.

You need to check this place out! Tons of variety and really good quality donuts. Fun, innovative flavors like the skittles donut. My favorite is always the Bavarian filled, but My son said the best apple fritter wa the best he had ever had. Will definitely be supporting this locally owned business especially when buying donuts for the office!

I LOVE that they are open on Sunday! They go above and beyond in creative styles of donuts! Its a clean and inviting shop; there are even places to sit! Most bakeries seem like the idea is to stop by,Pick up, and go. Jacks has a space for you to hang. The staff member working was so sweet and patient considering I was super indecisive and had an over enthusiastic toddler with me. I drove some distance to check this place out and Ill be a regular.

I am normally not a donut person. And yet I have been here at least four times. Freeze dry toppings like skittles and Caramel. Different flavors all soft and fresh. This is the store to love donuts!

We went at 11:30 and loved that there was still a huge amount of flavor options available. Compared to other specialty donut shops the price was very reasonable. We grabbed a dozen for the weekend and even the day after the quality was great. I cant wait to try more flavors and make Jacks a part of our weekend routine.

The donuts we good but I felt like I got jipped. I ordered a dozen donut holes (6 on one kind, 6 of another) I ended up getting 9 total (5 of one, 4 of the other). I guess I just feel like if you’re selling a dozen, there should be a dozen.*edited to add* I am thankful the owner reached out to me and was serious about fixing the issue. It shows they truly want to make sure their customers are cared for.

I have been a lover of donuts since I was a kid. These are the best I have eaten in years! Make sure and really take the time to go by and get some of the Apple fritters this is the only place in all of Utah that knows how to really make them! The are perfect! Moist in the inside and a little crispy on the outside. I have sampled many of their different kinds go donuts and I really love all I have tasted! My family and I will be make many more trips down to Jacks from now on! Thank you Jacks for putting in such care into your product. We love Jacks!!!

I’ve ordered 5 dozen donuts before and the service was great. I went today 9/30/19 at 1130am and the girl today acted like getting 5 dozen was an inconvenience for her and acted like I was up in the night for getting that many. I gave the 3 stars because of her. If she’s working I don’t know if I’ll go in. The other girl would have gotten 5 stars too bad she wasn’t working. Donuts are there to buy and it doesn’t say call ahead. Are they or aren’t they to be bought. Maybe give that girl some customer service training. Or have her hidden in the back and have the other girl be on front.

The donuts were delicious! It was our first time here and we were impressed 😊 there was a great variety of flavors, sizes and variations. The store was clean and well organized and plenty of donuts😉I would say the employee didnt seem to happy to be there. Because it was our first time, we took a little bit of time to decide. She seemed annoyed even though nobody was waiting behind us. Didnt help in giving suggestions or recommendations. I know it was a Sunday morning and being anywhere else would be better but the unwelcoming feeling doesnt encourage me to come back.

The sign out front said closed at 10pm or until sold out. I stopped in yesterday for the first time (national donut day) at 3:30pm, and it was locked. Had to go to 7-11 next door for my donut haha. Who sells out of donuts or closes on national donut day??I’d be back to try them another day. They genuinely look good.
