Never had trouble with this location. If I ask for help, I get it. If I want to wander aimlessly for awhile looking for something, I can do that too. Not pushy, not always on your face about what you need. Casual, calm pace to just walk the aisle and peruse the stuff... unless you want it now, then ask and itll be found for you in a few seconds.

I was quite thrilled with my experience with Kathryn and Amber at the Standard Plumbing American Fork, Utah location. Kathryn spent a lot of time showing me different sinks and faucets for my kitchen remodel. SEE PICTURES! She always took my many phone calls. I will be going back on our new remodel project. If you call during their morning business hours, theyll pick up the phone, but then immediately hang up on you without saying a word, just so they dont have to answer your one simple question. I called 3 times, and they did that every single time.

Walked into their store at 3:41 PM. They helped me get the part I needed. I told them I wasnt sure it would fit. They told me I could bring it back if it didnt. The guy I talked with was really nice. I paid with cash $64.34 . When I had to bring it back at 4:18 the same day I was told they couldnt refund my cash ! They had to send a check to me in the mail ! I dont understand what happened to the cash I gave them 1/2 hour earlier . I will never deal with that company again. again . That is the worst company policy Ive seen in a long time.

I’ve been on a hunt for a specific hose for my sink all day long, and coming here was such a blessing!! After being told as Lowe’s I needed a whole new $200 faucet, I decided to keep looking around and after walking in to Standard Plumbing Supply one of your angel employees said he had that exact hose in one of his boxes and just gave it to me. I’m forever a customer! Thank you for your wonderful service.

Talk about bad service. The attendant didnt even get off his chair to help me find the products needed. When I told him that I couldnt find them, he simply said sorry, thats all we have when I asked for a simple outside faucet.

Went out of their way to help me make a fitting. These guys are great and nothing but helpful. Helped me make a custom odd fitting that no other store could. Came up with a creative solution to solve the issue. Will be coming back!

If you hate doing plumbing, it’s a pain and even though you can go to major large place and get most of what you may need, it doesn’t mean they will have what you want let alone what the heck do you do now. This is when you get frustrated and blast your rock music like I do. But then I remember Standard Plumbing. After hauling fast to get there in frustration, they look at your parts and get what you need and explain how to put it all together. If needed, they can get you the part which I never had to do. With parts in hand and shown instructions with the guys explaining, by the time you get home, it goes so fast, it’s like you never drove to any other place. They do have a nice selection in the showroom which you will not find all in the big stores. This place is worth checking out or if stuck like I have been, it’s a place to go to.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping for kitchen and bath fixtures. This store has it all! Ive always been a fan of Standard Plumbing for years, but this store is the best! Kathryn was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly--a true professional. Very impressed! Keep up the great work! Im a fan!

Worst store i have ever been to. was very dirty and couldnt find anything i needed. the employees were very cringey and no help at all. no greeting on my way in or out. and none of these folks knew what they were talking about.

The customer service at this store is phenomenal! I was in need of plumbing parts for a last minute job that was rather large and had a 5 day deadline. Kathryn, the show room sales rep, went above and beyond to make sure I had the parts I needed on time, she even had them a day earlier than I needed them! Her attitude is so cheery and positive. I have used the American Fork store since for all of my plumbing needs, big or small. She would fly to the moon if thats what it would take to get her customers taken care of!All of the associates are very helpful and prompt. The store is kept very organized and clean, I really like that.

Wow! What service! I thought Cathy rocked, but Mckenzie was just as sharp, helpful, and they really excel at this location. They know their industry want you to have a great experience. Excellent for both retail and contractor content. Well done!

This place is the worst! Every single time I come in here they dont have simple, basic plumbing parts. For example, all I wanted was some 1/2 inch ball valves. You would think that a plumbing store would have this. Especially one called standard plumbing. But alas, 1/2 inch ball valves are FAR too exotic for such a home-towny sort of place. Also, they didnt have any hose clamps, and the guy didnt even know what a hose clamp was when I asked him about it. At least they have 6 guts sitting at a pro desk to help point out the things they dont have. Ha ha

Not too crowded, had what I needed

My husband is very particular, and Katherine who helped us was very patient and helpful. We bought hardware for our shower, and we had to order the shower head as it wasnt in stock, so they let us borrow one until it came into the store. We will definitely be back.

The redhead at this store is a sexy son of a gun! Helped me find everything I needed. Everyone at this store is professional and happy to help. highly recommend getting all your parts here!

We have ordered the same bathroom faucet and shower set 4 times this week. The incorrect items have arrived each time. Ferguson is a much better option.

Although they are a bit expensive, you get what you pay for, and they provide the value needed to take care of their customers. Glad I decided to get my stuff from them.

Waited more than 20 minutes to be served. Once I was helped, they were nice, but was told only one person in the store can do paint. Why do they not train more people?

I waited at the service desk and was ignored, I went to look for my parts and the size I needed was not on display, I went back to the service counter and was ignored some more. An employee even came walking in with his fast food bag and drink, walked behind the service counter and in front of me where I said Hello. He walked right past me and out the side at which time I popped smoke and went to BJs plumbing just up the road on state where they were all over it, they helped me, they made recommendations for improving the sprinkler manifold I was working on, and thanked me for coming in. You choose, Invisibility or being appreciated.

Very helpful staff. I needed 4 in. Fittings and pipe for a bathroom remodel, they had everything I needed when Home Depot doesnt stock 4 in PVC.

To day was the first and last time i will set foot in this store and any business owned by this company. I found their store dirty and unorganized, which gave me the impression they have not got a clue what they are doing! As for the employes they acted like it was an inconvenience to try and help!

I tried to call about an hour before closing and they kept hanging up my call. I guess they dont like people with money to spend. In my experience, shops like this will eventually close their doors permanently sooner rather than later.

Its brand new and the outside is very deceiving it looks like a teeny tiny small store by the outside but inside its like a mini Walmart or a Lowes or Home Depot it is that big inside but by the looks of it its small from the
