Fun concept and tasty treat for a cold winters night. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Would have liked some ambient music in the store and the lack of availability to purchase the waffle-icecream roll taco in store was strangely frustrating. Apparently those tacos are only available for catering but seems like a major lack of a store sales opportunity IMO.

Friendly staff, helpful and making sure they make your ice cream how you want it. Yummy ice cream rolled with you choice of ingredient.

Great place to pop by for a post-shopping treat or something for dessert after a movie!!!The ingredients are very fresh (I’ve been to places before with stale pretzels, etc. but not here 😊) this place was a dream. I could pick from a variety of fun toppings and drizzles. The staff is very nice and speedy even during peak times.If you don’t like a lots of toppings then speak up because they can get heavy handed with Nutella, chocolate, or caramel. But if you are into that, then let it drizzle!!!They have a fun neon light and mural- perfect for INSTAGRAMMABLE MOMENTS!

Ice cream was mediocre. With a decent number of add-ins, its an additional dollar....totaling $6 without tax, the suggested tip, and the multiple tip jars. This is one of those businesses Im not really sure why a tip is part of it. Even with only three ingredients, they still managed to not get it made correctly. The overpriced product with the minimal options isnt worth the money.The ordering and payment process is not very clearly understood. There are no signs or directions where or how you should stand. The layout is poor, and looks like it was thrown together too quickly.Also, the young guy serving us decided to clean the ice cream bowl with the same rag that he used to wipe his arms... Repeatedly. The staff as a whole did not seem to understand basic food preparation.The idea is cute, but I dont see myself as a repeat customer.

Good ice cream. Novel idea. Poor service. The gal working was going as fast as she could, but to have only one employee on a Saturday afternoon when its nearly 80 degrees out? Took 20 min to get our ice cream and there were only two people in front of us. We saw at least ten people come and leave while we were here... Could also use some more decor on the walls to warm up the atmosphere.

We come to Roll with It weekly. We love the atmosphere and the people. The management is great and the ice cream is to die for! I highly recommend it!

Weve never loved fast-frozen ice cream (ie Sub Zero) but we were pleasantly surprised by how good Roll With It was! So many options to choose from. The quality was really good and didnt have the typical crystal-y pieces that some places like this have. The experience was fun, too! Definitely recommend. (Would maybe like to see some high chairs though. :)

My first time to ever try rolled ice cream and it was delicious. There was good customer service and the atmosphere was calm, but it didnt feel awkward at all.I ordered a vanilla base mixed in with fruity pebbles and topped it off with fudge, caramel, coconut cream, and whipped cream. It was good until it got too sweet because of the extra added toppings, but besides that it was great. For $5.50 I say its a good deal and price range. It is more ice cream than what you expect since there is only one size.Try it out!

Very good ice cream. We got the flavor of the month Salted Caramel Pretzel. They have a lot of options to build your own. It might be beneficial to have some visual pictures and named combinations that people like. Very clean location.

Roll With It Creamery is quite the “cool” experience. I’ve been a few times now and I must say, the whole experience is memorable. It’s fun to try new flavors, watch your ice cream be created, and enjoy the always-delicious treat. The store was clean from the floors to the ceiling and the workers were polite and professional. I 10/10 recommend!

This is a unique way to prepare and be served ice cream. I was skeptical at first, but it was actually quite good. I just wish it was hot fudge, not sauce. But thats just splitting hairs. Id go back.

This is a very family friendly place.The customer service was excellent and our children loved watching them make their ice cream creations. Our teenage daughter said she was going to tell her friends about it and bring them there. Everyone said their new favorite ice cream is now rolled ice cream! I had the Pina Colada and it was very refreshing! Definitely gotta try this place.

Really, really upset with how my friends and I were treated upon entering this establishment.Its a normal Friday night, you want to get out on the town and do something, right? So we plan our evening around getting ice cream. We go to a popular restaurant for dinner, and then proceed to look for an ice cream shop nearby. We find one that we all agreed looks awesome, so we hop in our cars and begin the trek to this place. Unbeknownst to us, the workers inside must have had one hell of a day.We pull up to the storefront 10 minutes before close. Yes, we were being those customers today. Everyone gets to do that once, right? Well, apparently not. As I pull into a parking stall, I notice there is no illuminated Open sign on the window. Oh well, right? I thought maybe they just shut the sign off early so that they do not forget, so we proceed to enter. Big mistake.I got a very odd vibe walking in. They were obviously still open, the closing time is 11pm, not 10:50pm. However, no one said Hello! or even a Welcome!. The girls behind the counter were obviously whispering among themselves as to what they should tell us.We walked up to the counter, and stood there a good 30 seconds before one girl walked very briskly up to the window and almost yelled something to the effect of Hey guys, we dont have any of our machines going anymore. I then knew that the odd vibe I felt was because these poor girls were being forced to make ice cream to pay for their rent, food, fun, and probably ice cream. I felt so horrible walking in on these girls 10 minutes before close. I wish I would have known the hardships they had dealt with this day, maybe I would have made them ice cream instead. I wish I knew when the acceptable time would have been to get ice cream from these girls. Maybe you guys should change your closing hours to 10:50pm, or any time you feel like youve worked a full day.I suppose I wont ever know how good or gross the ice cream is here, because I wont be coming back. I had no idea it was so taxing on the workers. God bless your souls.

So. Good. Omg. Rating 5 stars even though our wait time was insane. But... they had 1 person on staff on a Saturday afternoon, so she was doing her best. Girl was pushing those ice cream rolls out ASAP! The ice cream was delicious and definitely enough bang for your buck.

Fun place for the kids or a date. Options seem small until you realize your trying to decide between 14, no 15 different combos. Staff was friendly and ice cream was enjoyable.

This was my first time here on recommendation from a friend. The icecream was a perfect texture and creaminess. I love how its made right in front of you from a liquid to frozen in a few minutes. I tried the Chocolate, with mint and coconut cream. Which wasnt overbearing, it was just perfect together.

My family and I love this ice cream; its unique and totally delicious. I would recommend the ice cream to anyone. That said, there seems to always be a shortage of workers on busy nights (which is usually when we go). If that were fixed, Id give this place 4.5 stars (if that were possible, of course).

Went by today for my 3rd visit. All my visits the ice cream has always been great and service is good for what this place is.I’m giving 1 star because I complained about the smell on my last visit and the manager told me they fixed it and to come back. Well I’m back and ice cream is still good but it still smells like poo and I had to eat in my car.I live in lindon so If I do want roll with it I’ll probably just drive to provo.

This a cute and “trendy” place. My kids enjoyed watching them make the ice cream and likes the taste. The price point is too high though. Also, they do not clean out the mixing bowls before making the next one. This is a big cross contamination problem for anyone with food allergies. If you are looking for super trendy over priced ice cream then this is the place for you. I wish Roll With It Creamery luck.

Good ice cream. Could do better on the ambiance of the shop. Seemed a little baron. If they dressed up the store just a little on the walls and made it more busy I think it would feel and do better.

The staff is actually very kind and friendly. I thought they were great. However this place is pretty different than the original Provo location... especially the menu. theres No specific flavor options with set combinations, which I was pretty bummed about. Its just a flavor and topping you choose. I think the inconsistency between these two locations is kinda weird that way. Just a different menu. Didnt love that. Also I agree that this place is pretty plain... needs more stuff on the walls or something.

My kids really like the ice cream here and think rolling it up is really fun. The portions are bigger than they can handle so I have two split an order.

So disappointed!! They don’t clean out the bowls they make your ice cream in. I Hope you don’t have any allergy’s because your probably going to have all three different flavors of ice cream and 5 or more different toppings mixed in. The place is to small to sit down if there are more then 3 families, they don’t clean the tables, and there is no where to throw away your garbage because it was so full it was over flowing. Just go to basket robins, cold stones, or anywhere else if you want ice cream you want without random mix ins and flavors.

The girl helping us at the register was very friendly and explained everything very well to us as it was our first time there. However, the girl who made my ice cream didn’t talk to me at all and she put way too much of the finishing sauce without asking. She handed me my ice cream without a word and walked away. She also didn’t ask if I wanted whipped cream, but they asked my boyfriend. Also when I asked for the peanut butter on the side they both looked at me like it was a huge inconvenience.A huge turn off for me was that the fruit wasn’t fresh. The bananas were brown and just watching her make it I was losing my appetite.

I mean, my girlfriend works here, so its pretty dang good. Jk the service is really good and fast, just a bit pricey for ice cream is all im saying. And that smell.. I dont know where it comes from, but its not pleasant. The place has a lively, upbeat atmosphere and attracts a trendy crowd. Something needs to be done about the 3 max employees ever working. Also the place seems just a bit bare, could use some dope art on the walls or something.

The ice cream is pretty good but when you walk in the front door it smells like a bathroom. We actually had to go eat in our car to avoid the smell.

To the owners, it may be a good idea to have more than one person working during key hours, like Saturday night. Your poor employee couldn’t keep up by themselves- alone. Waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Won’t be back.Also, you lost business by people walking out, because of the wait.

I wasn’t particularly impressed by this place. First, we walked in and it smelt so bad that we should have walked back out, I wish we would have, it made the entire experience hard to enjoy. They were mopping, so I don’t know if it was a cleaning product they were using or what, but I was terrible. The prices are a little high for what you get and the toppings selection is sub par. They seemed to really struggle to get it to roll, it was overly frozen and that made it difficult to eat until it softened quite a bit. The actual ice cream was just okay. We probably won’t be going back.

I took my kids out to get dessert this evening, and we were really enjoying each others company when suddenly one of the employees started BLASTING annoying music 5 minutes before closing time. We tried to finish the 3 overpriced desserts we had paid for ($20 plus a tip)...but we were so annoyed that we just hurried out to escape the obnoxious Disney music. What terrible service coming from employees surrounded by tip jars and tip requests all over the place! We will def not be rolling with it again.

We felt pretty excited to try this place out after seeing it driving by and exploring the website.The Ice Cream:Nothing special, as far as flavor or consistency goes. Meadow gold creamies from Maceys are a near exact match in my mind (which I wouldn’t spend this much money on).The add ins are expensive ($.50 each) and the quantity seemed very small for the total price ($5). Our rolled ice cream came to us looking a little deformed and squished.The Service:The gal rolling our ice cream was very nice. She made some small chat and asked if it was our first time coming, we said yes, she then awkwardly looked down and began telling us how the station she chose doesn’t work very well for rolling ice cream as she struggled to get the pieces to roll, And then Grabbed them with tongs smashing them a bit into the cup. We left feeling like we didn’t get the true rolled ice cream experience.The Atmosphere:I did love the atmosphere, logo and name. The chairs inside are pretty fun looking and the neon hashtag sign is an excellent touch. The owners would do well to research some different ice cream sauce recipes to get a different consistency, something more creamy and less icy. As well as give a flavor of the day combo or pre selected combo flavors for a lower price to get people wanting to come back and try it again.One star because it is rare that my husband and I both agree afterwards that “we are never coming back here”. We are ice cream snobs and this didn’t do it for us.

It was good, but I found it a little excessive that not only does the point of sale system ask you if youd like to tip but that each employee had their own individual tip jar, and each tip jar also listed each employees venmo account.
