Date of Visit: 6/12/2020OVERVIEW - 5.0Came here to drop off some pacakages that needed to be sent back to sender.LOCATION - 5Even though weve passed by this store several times, I didnt notice it was here until we used Google Maps. The UPS Store has a pretty good location right there along Main Street.PRICE - N/AWe didnt pay any shipping as the manufacturer fitted the bill, but Im sure the standard prices could be anticipated.PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5The box that had originally came to us with a few dings in it, but Im sure with a massive bulky box like that it is to be expected.POINTERS/PERKS - N/AThere are most likely a few pointers and perks, but I have no idea what theyd be.EMPLOYEES - 5The young lady that assisted us was helpful and unfortunately, it looked like she was the only one there so there was quite a few customers that she had to handle by herself. She handled all of us like a champ, but I know if it was me, Id be frustrated to be handling customers all by myself.
Called to get a quote for a business mailbox and was hung up on 7 times, I called throughout the morning and afternoon. :( At least place me on hold or something I dont mind waiting, but hanging up on a potential customer 7 times? Guess Ill go elsewhere.
I’ve been coming here almost every day for the past 9 months or so. First and foremost I have to write about Brendon. Brendon is one of the most impressive employees I have seen at any company. Many times I have visited the store there has been a line out of the door with very impatient and not very nice people. Brendon greets each customer by name, takes his time to help every customer, and also ensures each package is delivered to the appropriate person. I cannot say enough about highly impressed I am of Brendon and how he handles his job each and every day. You could hire a million people and very few would be able to do the same job as well as he does with the attitude he keeps day in and day out. Next time you visit the store please thank him for all that he does! Lastly I have to thank Lisa. Lisa is also amazing and is always happy to help when help is needed.
I have gone to this UPS many times but today I was helped by an employee who was terrible. I believe her name was Katrina (employee # 140548) but the name tag was not shown. When I walked in she was vacuuming, there was not greeting us as another customer went in right before me. The lady in front of me went to return an Amazon package and when doing so Katrina stated that she would need to print off the label. The customer went over to the computer and then realize she would have to pay. Katrina told her this is the only way for her to send it, I overheard this and told the customer that if she changes her return process on Amazon she could simply get a return code instead. Then Katrina under her breath said “that isn’t always the case”. Although not always the case Katrina should have told her all the options. When I went to ship my package Katrina was very short with me and acted as if doing her job was a burden.
DO NOT go to this location. I usually go to the Orem location where I have never been charged to print a prepaid shipping label emailed to the store. This location tried charging me $2.50. Once I asked what the charge was for he laughed. What a joke.
Amazing store. Literally the fastest stop I’ve ever had at the UPS store. I wish I could give some credit to the person on duty but I was attended to and out the door so fast I didn’t even see her name tag. And don’t get me wrong I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. It was 100% efficient customer service.I was turning in an Amazon return. All I needed was the box and packaging. They tapped it scanned my barcode and then slapped the label on it. Boom! Fast.
I was helped by the owner. He was very friendly, very courteous, very fast, very efficient and very helpful. In my experience here, thats not unusual.
Just dropped off a good load of amazon returns and the teenage boy with the nice flow was very efficient and super friendly and all around good at his job so it made the experience very smooth! Normally teenagers suck but he did a great job!
What a stud Brendon is! Hes the store manager, and he knows my name personally. He helps every single customer like they were his family. Its pretty amazing for a young person his age, or for anyone at any age for that matter
They lost my package that was a $400 present but found it and got it to me lol all is well now. The kid who works at the store who was there when it was lost and who was there when i picked it up was very nice and i know it wasnt his fault just a very stressful time. If I could give 0 stars, I completely would. The owner, I’m assuming, was a completely rude individual who was so aggressive with his service. He was passive and didn’t take my amazon package to return and literally tried to make me buy another box to send back. 0 stars. Don’t ever come to this location.
Over Priced, I was told that unless i paid for express, It wouldnt be delivered before Christmas. that was on Dec. 14., It was going to Texas, The Price, $47. I asked about the post office price, an was told it was $52. On Dec. 16, i took a package that weighed at same to the post office and PAID $9.90. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IF YOU USE THERE SERVICES!!!!
Always had a good experience here also appreciate there sense of freedom. Keep up the good work.
UPDATE: I went to the Lehi UPS store who printed the UPS label for free. Go to that store since they dont charge extra to ship with UPS.Id give 0 stars if I could. Charge $2.50 to print a UPS return label...which is insane. Then told I could use a self serve station for $1.60 but station didnt work so I was charge and still didnt have a return label. Worker at store didnt care.
What a bleeping joke. Slimeball grease bag owner charging $1.00 PER PAGE to scan pages in. Funny! Hit up Copies Plus Printing in Springville. Worth the drive. These box store franchises have all these rules yet zero customer service. Looking forward to their disruption. BYE FELICIA

I have been coming to this store for years. I have always felt the UPS Store has my best interest in mind. Always professional and wanting to make sure my packages arrive safely and on time.I also want to respond to some of the reviews I have see about this store. The first one is from Tyler C. I was in the store at the time and the owner wasnt treating the customers poorly, the owner was trying to de escalate the customers behavior by calling the UPS driver a liar and a d**k. When the owner stepped in and said that there was no need for that language. The customer then continued to get irate and started telling the owner to shut up. I dont feel the owner was acting poorly in anyway.In response to those that are writing reviews about the lack of phones being answered, or the lines being too long. I have never had those issues. The store is usually slow. I have been in the store when the phone has rang, and I appreciate the employees working with the customers that are in the store before answering the phones.Prices are very justifiable. I am willing to pay the extra money to have one of the UPS employees pack my fragile items. If you are looking for cheap prices, youll get cheap service. You get what you pay for.

As a small biz user, I have used their PO box for my business for several years now as it gives me an actual street address I can use instead of a PO Box. This is helpful for a small, home-based business that wants to keep biz mail separate but still have an actual street address presence. Also, fax services are included with my box fee, which saves my small biz from an additional expense for a now rarely used, but occasionally needed, form of communication. I can also call in and ask if mail has come or not, which saves me a trip, and one time while waiting for a very important letter the worker offered to call me when it came in. That was very helpful! I dont do much shipping actually, and when I do it seems to be cheaper to go through USPS. I still give 5 stars because for my needs they have consistently been very helpful for many years.
Ive been using this store on a weekly basis and Ive never experienced anything besides excellent service. The employees are friendly and incredibly helpful. I depend on their help often for weird shipments I have to send. Awesome store.

Ive never had a bad experience here and dont understand all the other negative reviews. Every time I come in to drop off a package, the employees are quite friendly. Great place, great company.
I receive great customer service at this store. I am responding to the review Sydney left from Monday June 18. I was also a customer at the time this couple came in. The employee was direct and told a recommendation about how to best send a ripped open package from past experience. He said it firm and direct not rude. The male customer got up-tight and walked all around the counter and used the stapler in a huff and told him Im a money maker so I will take my chances. It was the customer that was the rude one. I feel the employees always try their best at this store to help the customers.
I wish i could give 0 stars. To print a simple copy I understand the $0.10 charge. But $2 for computer usage? Completely absurd. I’d rather give my money and business to any other courier service who doesn’t try to take advantage of customers. Horrible management and rude employees. Every time I’ve been there it’s an obnoxious wait with no sense of urgency or willingness to help. Never again, no matter how convenient.

I am doing an amazon return. The lady at the desk would not let me use the original package it was shipped in. Wanted me to buy one of their packages. After talking her into shipping in the same package, she would not let me use their tape. It seemed like if I did not spend money at that location, they were not interested in helping me. I took to a different location that was happy to help me.
Seriously just annoyed at the fact that they couldn’t run my card because it was $.05 under a dollar. I had to go to the grocery store next door, purchase something, and then pull cash for them. You’d think they’d be able to waive a $.95 charge and have it for marketing or something. If I ever need to ship something bigger, I’ll just go to USPS.
Very friendly staff. I had a great experience with my shipment this last week. The job was done efficiently and quick. I liked that so I could get on with my busy day.
This UPS store has horrible service, inconsistent at best. Rarely would they answer the phone and the lines are usually much longer than other UPS stores because they seem to be under staffed.I used to stop in weekly, but found other locations close by who seem far more invested in service.
If you are going to close early on a holiday, either update the store hours on Google, or answer the phone to tell people. I tried to return a package at 3:15 (after having tried the above to verify that the store would still be open), and although there were customers in the store, they had just put up a sign that said they would close at 3pm, and so the cashier let a heavily pregnant woman sit out in the cold begging, till I finally gave up and went home. Just puts a bad taste in the mouth.
I needed to print a page and the service fee was 2 bucks so I payed 2.15 just for just one page.I visited another store a couple days ago and they didnt charge that service fee
BEWARE do not ship with this store! They are all individually owed, and if your package is lost they ARE NOT advocates for the shipper or receiver if a package does not arrive at the correct destination. They pretend to care, not do not. Ship with ANY other UPS store except AMERICAN FORK! Worst customer service and staff and owner are RUDE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
Sidney helped several customers in a row and did such an excellent job. She was effefcient and friendly.
I ship a fair amount of items and have never had an issue with this store. Thats why I keep going back.

Terrible. Try calling them, they wont answer the phone. I mailed a package and that same package has come back to my house twice!

Really bad customer service. Today, the middle-age guy working there had a terrible attitude, and was very unprofessional. The first thing he said to me when he walked into the room was, “You got it ready on your phone?!” He didn’t even say it politely. He shouted as he said it. Then, after asking that question, he suggested I buy a new envelope, even though I already had one. When I said I’ll just use the one I have because it saves money, he told me he refuses to tape it. So, I had to staple it shut myself.. He then grabbed the envelope with an attitude and told me to leave. Super unprofessional and rude. He should be helping his customers, not giving them attitude. This is the second time I have gone there. Both times he had a terrible attitude. Not the way to treat customers. Very unsatisfied.

Charged me $4 for a little box smaller than a shoe box to hold the item I was returning to Amazon. What a scam! You learn the hard way.
I faxed important paper from this store, half did not make it, the other half were cut off, I called the girl she said just come back in, that was impossible for me that day...Horrible, unprofessional, employee! !
