I was shopping yesterday & am very impressed with the associates working afternoon 10/3/21. Each one was helpful & not pushy. I bought 3 candles & walked out the door. And one fell out of my bag, of course it broke cause its glass. I was really upset with myself but the gentleman working took care of it for me right away. Thanks, all!

Well we were looking for candles and you can get basically any kind of candle you want there and more. There is all kinds of different scents and lotions and perfumes for both women and men.

Its very disappointing when they discontinue a fragrance & the only way to buy it is online. This store has gone downhill in my opinion

Ive been obsessed with this store for years. But the prices are so much higher than when I was a teen that I hit the semi annuals hard because thats the only time I can afford it. Im very unhappy they discontinued the pink chiffon and they dont bring it back for the sales enough. I dont like the new bath and body as much as the old location its not as homey, and its too modern for our outdated mall.

We had a wonderful experience. Cierra one of employees took extra time to explain the current sales, ensure we understood and then stayed with us and helped us go through several scents as we were shopping for our teenage daughter and quite unsure of what would be good choices. She wasnt pushy, let us walk around and explore but was right there when we had questions. We found amazing scents, great deals, and with the sales and coupons didnt break the bank at all.

Greeters were rude and I ended up not even looking through the store.

Bath & Body Works has a good variety of seasonal and year round fragrances and products to choose from. Their staff is typically very helpful, and they have a very forgiving refund policy. Their sales are great and most if not all their products have different deals depending on the time of year. My mom likes to stock up on hand soaps when theyre on sale, but my favorites are the candles! Although Im not a huge fan of their recent blue and white remodel. It feels like a lot to look at sometimes.

Very friendly staff who dont follows you around or stare at you, but rather just come around and check on you regularly. They also will keep remind you of the deals that they are having at the moment. They answer your questions truthfully, and understand your situations and feelings well.
