Super happy your hours online say you open at 10am Sunday and so happy I drove 30 mins to find out you dont open until 12pm. And then try and explain go my 2 year old why he cant go find a Halloween costume because your hours are wrongly listed.
TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Very rude! Drove an hour with 8 people to get there only to find out they closed early! There were at least ten people just standing around in a group by the counter laughing and talking. The lady said they weren’t open and we explained how we drove that long and she shrugged and said “can’t control what google says” EVEN THOUGH THE ACTUAL WEBSITE HOURS ARE INCORRECT. 🤓 joke if you ask me. They missed out on a lot of money.
Came on a Sunday thinking they open at 10am because thats what the website says. Definitely not open at 10 they open at noon.
Employees have no manners. I was wearing a hat I was planning on purchasing and the employee walked up behind me and had an attitude stating we were not allowed to wear or try on any of the items. I understand with covid this being an issue, however there are more polite ways to approach customers. Not walking up from behind and just loudly speaking with an attitude. No “excuse me” or anything. I simply placed the item back and left the store and will be buying that exact item elsewhere. On my way out I did notice the sign that states not to try on, however that should’ve been brought to entering customers attentions.
The manager is the worst.
On Sunday it closes at 5. The store is great.
The store has no control of google hours or what it says on the spirit website because its a pop-up franchise store. Just understand the complaints are Karens and Kens that have anger issues.
The posted hours are wrong. Went on a sunday and they closed at 5 like the rest of the mall. Go well within mall hours or they probably won’t be open
NOT open till 11? I went in at like 9 something and they were closed.
They dont have phones that you can call to ask questions.
