I’m kind of a typical grumpy New Englander and the two salesmen were super kind. They let me wander without being pushy to sell to me. Then when he noticed I was looking at the sales section, he suggested a different floor model option at the exact same price. I was very impressed that he did not try to upsell me. I felt like the guy was honestly trying to help me find something that worked for me. I would definitely suggest this place.

Bill was amazing! He thoroughly helped us find the right mattress for us. He explained the different mattresses, the different technologies and the science behind it. He walked us through the whole process perfectly and had the right balance of informing but not being overwhelming or like a car salesman.

I actually enjoyed my bed buying experience at mattress firm. I had the pleasure of working with either a regional or district manager I dont remember which, but his knowledge and friendliness made it a pleasant experience in this covid world that keeps us isolated. Just spent a good chunk of money to upgrade our sleeping situation, which was long overdue. We knew we wanted Purple, which is priced locked by Purple so no wiggle room there, but Bill helped us find some savings elsewhere and also get us exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also very nice when my son started getting a little restless and directed him to a bed for him to try. That moving bed kept him busy. I had a phenomenal experience with Cliff. He took at least 45 min on the first day to listen to my concerns and my preferences for purchasing a new bed. For each bed I slept on, he would analyze my posture and position and we would together decide whether it was good fit for me. He wasnt afraid to be honest and provided me with little known facts about mattress selection, unlike the most sales people who are just looking to score a quick sale and dont care what you end up with as the final product. Despite the fact that I did not make the purchase and asked for a day to think about it, he approached me with the same willingness and patience the next day when I came in to make my decision. He really took care of the customer (me) through and through. It is hard to find such genuine salespeople and I will definitely be letting my friends and family know that this should be the only place they go to for their next mattress!
