It says its self serve 24/7 but Ive never been there after sunset. The taps are pretty self explanatory: stick a quarter in and out comes a gallon. There is a bulletin board inside as well for locals to post flyers or cards on. Owner is pretty friendly. I went in to get a roll of quarters the first time I went and he was friendly enough to talk to for 10 minutes or so.

I just called to get delivery service where I work because they are close by and it says on their website that they offer delivery service. I was first told that they dont do residential, so I told them it was for a business. He asked which business (a school) and I was told no and he hung up.

I use the 24-hour self-dispensing areas at the corner of 113 and 58. Filtered spring water is $0.25 per gallon. Cherry Knoll would be even more ideal if there was a nozzle that offered distilled water, which is my preferred type of water. They do sell distilled water in 5-gallon bottles at their store or via delivery. Im just not strong enough to lift a 5 gallon bottle.

Nice water but prices were recently trippled... really dissapointed with this. Males filtered water seem better. Rethink the prices. Also can be super dirty at times. Needs managed better...

I use their water for my aquarium after Berea water killed my show Angels in 2004. Have had no problems!!

Even when the office is closed, self serve is 24hrs. The only thing I dont like is the spouts are not very accurate with the last portion of water.
