Terrible customer service. They dont return phone calls or refund cancelled orders in a timely fashion. I used a credit card, but the policy states that I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a CHECK refund! Also, the sales rep contradicted himself trying to explain crucial details of the door we wanted to order. We were shocked when the correct door arrived.

Have gone to Fairview for cabinets in the past, but this time with the help of the kitchen designer it was an even better experience. She made great suggestions without being overwhelming or judgmental of my current plan. She was also able to show me on her computer exactly how it would look when installed, and was available after we received them to answer questions about adjusting the doors and drawers. I made the purchase of an entire wall of cabinets and am extremely happy with the results.

I have gone to Fairview Millwork for Multiple projects over the years and have always been happy with the quality of the products and the staff.Recently I started a winter project to remodel my laundry/pantry area off my kitchen. Catie did a great cabinet design for a small space. Her experience was very helpful with answering all my many questions.I have a spring project in the works too and Tim has been terrific! He has helped me decide on the best sizes for my windows, doors and all the trims needed for my addition.If you are thinking about a home remodel or new construction, I would highly recommend you stop by their showroom in Amherst NH!

Person that helped me with doors and windows was awesome! I would rate 5 stars for his help. Unfortunately, I tried to get some information on kitchens and counter tops. The lady in that department was super rude!! I will NOT be spending the 10s of thousands of dollars that a kitchen repair cost with her.
