To the person that gave a 1 star rating, they say you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. My experience was 6 stars. I placed an order, before i realized they were a short drive from my home. I called and they pulled my order so I could get instant gratification and get my Victorinox cyber tool back to its great working self. Toothpicks, and pens, and screw bits, oh my! Bravo

Terrible customer service. First, their website doesnt tell you if something is out of stock. You get an email telling you that. But they dont charge you until the items are shipped. When I finally received my order, two items werent as pictured, so I contacted them about a return. They didnt answer my email. But they did pick up their phone when I called, thankfully. I was told that I would get a return shipping label either emailed or mailed to me. The representative wasnt sure which. A week has gone by. Now I have to call them again.

I recently placed an order for the Victorinox 5 piece knife set, which the store had $20 cheaper than the next competitor before shipping was even taken into account. When it arrived the knives were all present but the sharpener part of the set was missing. I contacted them and got the matter resolved in 15 minutes, with them sending out a replacement sharpening steel without any issues. Polite, competent, expedient customer service had my resolved, and a happy customer who will be recommending this store to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company.I have purchased several knives from them, only realizing on my last purchase that they are in my home town. That was a good thing as I was in a rush to receive a gift for my son. They were extremely courteous and allowed me to pick it up in person, despite Swiss Knife Shop not having a brick/mortar storefront. Ultimately saved me a couple days shipping time.

Great customer service. The manufacturer was mislabeling a knife I wanted—I tried a couple of different online sellers, got the same wrong knife each time. But Swiss Knife Shop didnt just take my return: they investigated the problem, inspected their inventory, contacted the manufacturer, and eventually tracked down the right item for me. They also said they had contacted other recent customers to check if theyd received the wrong thing.

I ordered engraved Swiss Army Boy Scout Huntsman Knife as a gift. I received it today. Both shield sides have a lot of small scratches and one side look like was repainted very bad. This knife is very bad quality. It is look like cheap Chinese replica. I am very disappointed and cannot return this knife because of the engraving. Just lost $57. Now I have to order another gift from different company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I got the item I ordered. It came 7 days after I placed my order and shipping was free. I deducted 1 star because it took 4 days after my order was placed to get a shipping confirmation and I feel this is too long.
