I can’t say much more than what other reviewers have already said; however, one word comes to mind when I think of this company…PROFESSIONAL.I’m actually glad I shopped around and Pool Brite wasn’t my first stop. You can definitely tell the difference between a business who’s mastered their craft and other competitors who simply care about nothing more than making a quick buck. 10/10 would recommend Pool Brite and the spas they carry, although I cannot speak much on that being that mine is still brand new.

Fantastic!!!! The store staff did a wonderful job explaining all the details of their tub line to insure the tub we got was the tube we needed. My wife has back issues do to two major surgeries. The tub we selected will no doubt address her pain issues.As a retired medical systems service engineer I was extremely impressed with their professional work and attitude. Their maintenance manager spent over a half hour explaining the mechanics of the system operation and chemicals. Out standing all the way.

We bought our hot tub from Pool Brite about 18 months ago, after looking around a while. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and patient during the sales process. We were first time buyers, so we had a lot of questions about it all. Everything worked out as planned, and the service has been excellent. They are always there for questions too. Their supplies are better priced than Amazon, which is a rarity too.About the only unexpected thing is we use our hot tub way more than expected as it has been so awesome! Thanks Pool Brite for helping us through the process and the learning curve. It has been such a great thing for our family.Lastly, if you are a family looking to get a hot tub. One big benefit, you will have the best discussions with your kids in it, as everyone is unplugged. It really is the best.

Horrible service!! Wont return calls. Ive given them multiple chances for me to spend money with them. Pretty sure that when I went in, the girl at the counter was on cocaine.VERY VERY glad I did not purchase my hot tub from them.

Our Sundance (Peyton) hot tub just got delivered yesterday as a surprise for my husbands birthday. From the moment I walked in the store Rob was very friendly and answered every question I had. From purchase to delivery and installation the process was nothing short of wonderful!! Recommended by Rob, we used the electrician the family has known for over 40 years and he was just as wonderful!! I purchased a hot tub from pool brite at the buffslo home show for a special show price. Gave them 20% down and sign the purchase agreement after confirming that my address would be a problem for delivery. About 2 weeks later my wife received a phone call saying they wouldnt honor the purchase agreement due to location. I think they just under priced the tub and trying to cover thier mistake.

We owned a Cameo for 16 years, worked great! Just got a new Chelsea hot tub and love it! Love the colors at night and the little waterfall feature!

You dont stand in line while employees are testing chemicals, EVERYONE ive dealt with is knowledgable.
