Someone sideswiped my car when I was at lunch and took off. My car didnt have a scratch on it before the incident. Vinny picked up my car, dealt with the insurance company, and had my car back to me in a week. My family and I have used Impact Collision in the past. Vinny and the crew do an amazing job! They not only fix your car but they detail it also. Vinny and Lisa deal with the insurance which is always a headache. They also work with you if you have to pay out of pocket. Impact is very convenient and theyre next door to Enterprise which helps when you need a rental. This was the case for me. Unfortunately this year (2018) my father and I were both involved in accidents that were not our fault. Both of our cars looked brand new once Impact was done. I only have pictures of my car. From start to finish they made the process effortless. This was my first time having to put a claim in and Vinny was both knowledgeable and professional. Liz was amazing in dealing with the insurance company and most importantly; my truck looks as if there was never any damage! Great experience! I was referred to Impact Auto Collision for collision repair by a friend. I hit a deer with my SUV and needed the front end of the car repaired. Vinny and his crew repaired the car on time and restored it to original condition. They clearly communicated repair updates and questions to me regarding replacement of OEM and after-market parts I had installed. The car was returned cleaned and washed. His shop is conveniently located a block from an Enterprise car rental location and getting a loaner vehicle was an easy process as well. Vinny delivers the service you hope for when having a vehicle repaired. Recommend!

Had my Volkswagon CC front nose repaired (about 13k in damage) Brought it in right before x-mas and it was completed by Jan 5th!!! The car looks and drives brand new. No problems what so ever and considering theres a tremendous amount of technology that houses the area that was hit, I am very impressed.
