Recently moved out to Long Island and the staff have been very helpful. I did not need a contract with them. I call them and in a few hours my oil tank is filled with out any problem. Gracias for making my Long Island experience great! Happy customer 😊

We got home form work to a home under 55 degrees with two kids if you ever been in that situation you know how hard it is I called many other oil companies none were able to deliver. Rosales oil was able to deliver same day without a contract, on a Sunday!! the staff was very friendly and efficient! Thank you So much. I called Rosales for oil and I was lucky enough to get same day delivery. I tried other companies and gave me a 2 to 3 day wait! I was out and couldnt wait another day. Rosales is the best! They will deliver smaller amounts of oil. Companies are supposed to go into business to make money by giving good customer service. These other companies who will not deliver under 100 or 150 gallons, even in the same town, are losing the chance to make money and get a loyal customer.

Angela Rosales is one of the owner at this oil company, she’s very rude and disrespectful. She has no customer service skills, she basically told me to find another oil company who can deliver right away am lucky because they will deliver oil to me today and that her customers in amityville comes first and that’s that! I ordered oil from 7:30am told them am out of oil and I have a elderly and a asthmatic person at home, she didn’t care. Am still waiting on them to deliver my oil which i paid by cc over the phone. Of all the times I ordered oil from them I never complained or rush them and this 1 time I ask her to deliver at a decent time her customer in their area comes first I guess am pay with rocks and amityville paying them with gold! Ha ha DNT USE ROSALES OIL COMPANY!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! And I’m going to report them to nassau county consumer affairs!

Called so many other companies needed oil as emergency for my aunt. I explained to the other companies my aunt was hospitalized and she was coming to her house. They didn’t want to deliver oil without a contract. I called Rosales explained the situation he was able to get me oil within hours and no contract.
