Not the best customer service. really disappointed would even be heard for a quote. In this climate you would think people would be able to put their own prejudice aside.

We bought from these guys for years. First time we had a problem with a product we bought from them (drop in anchors with bad threads) they blew us off. I called multiple times...talked to Larry...talked to Mel...mailed them a sample of the problem item...followed up again and again...got nothing. From now on well get imported fasteners from other people who stand by what they sell.
