You get what you pay for. You can get a great deal here, and their customer service is mostly top notch (me and my girlfriend were very well taken care of and accommodated when we had a special request).But its not the cleanest or most secure. I wouldnt let extreme important things in here. Its more for less valuable junk or things you plan on grabbing again at another time. Any real long term storing here would require that you package and seal everything extremely well.But if you just need a spot to keep some things that arent family heirlooms or priceless works of art, then this place fits the bill.To be clear, this place is not bad, its great. Its just that it fills a particular niche in the self storage industry, cheap storage for average belongings.

The most decent price I can find but kind of crappy looking compared to others and when I went to sign up 30 mins before closing no one was there. Had to sit in my car and wait for someone to come back.Update:NO COMPLAINTS!!! Happy Customer🤗

I’m totally aggravated with this people, I moved in one of their units and I packed everything nicely and preserve my stuff and now is all destroyed, they said we cover anything, you got insurance, all is safe, bla bla bla and now a rat, squire some sort of animal when in the unit damage everything, destroyed furniture, clothes, etc.This was reported to the management and now they said sorry there is nothing we can do,If you like we move you to another unit.So all my things are destroyed and they just said, sorry !!!!!Terrible, this is honestly what is a very upsetting is the total careless way the interact with you as client.Now they said they found food ???I never put or pack any food in the unit but that’s the excuse.

Very good facilty location is perfect easy to get to right off the hwy always clean and well lit at night surveillance cameras on premises ..... I have been using omega storage for couple years have had multiple units not only at this facility but the mineola location as well never had any issues and will always recommend thyem to anyone needing sum place to store there stuff safely . There staff is amazing Sean especially will go out of his way to assist there tenants!!

I have rented at omega for a year in a climate control unit which is well heated the customer service is great and kept very clean i would recommend this place
