Richard was great to work with. He let us try out the multiple beds they had on site, and we were able to find the one we like. He was not pushy and was fine with us thinking about it and coming back later to get a bit. If we were to get a sleep number we would come there to get it.
I absolutely love my sleep number bed! Moving over to Sleep Number has spoiled me to a great bed and I dont think I can ever go back. Bryce was so helpful getting me in the bed I wanted and Richard was able to match me up with all the bedding I needed. Thanks so much for being an awesome team to work with!

Everybody is different. My parents and brother both have had sleep number beds for 10 + years and they love them. So we bought one was the worst bed we ever have had. Was like sleeping on a rock for both of us no matter what number we set it on. Having said this for the ones that the there beds doesnt work for DO NOT go over the 90 day return test period like we did or your stuck with a $ 1000 piece of junk.
Nothing bad about this store but after a few years Im not impressed with the bed. Had to replace the bladders once already and now one of the hoses is going bad, gonna replace it pretty soon and not with this brand
Customer service is awful!!!! System hung up on me. Once I finally got through I was talking with a representative and in the middle of our conversation got kicked off by a message that their customer service was closed and call back tomorrow even though I was in the middle of a conversation.
Sleep Number’s customer service was amazing! The gentleman that helped us was very thorough with us on the types of beds and options we were given. We are so thrilled with our purchase! I would suggest anyone looking to get a new mattress to check our sleep number. You will not be disappointed!
My wife and I were just in there to shop around and ended up buying ourselves and our daughter a bed. Richard helped us through the transaction seamlessly and we will continue to do all of our purchases for our sleeping needs at this establishment. If you guys ever fire Richard we will quit shopping here he was amazing! Reviewing some of the other comments, you get what you pay for guys so dont piss and moan about high prices for quality beds! My husband and I want to say thank you to Richard Field in the Ammon Sleep Number store. We went in looking to replace our 17 year old sleep number bed and Richard was so helpful and personable. Didnt pressure us on a certain bed, just let us try out and pick our own. Cant wait till our bed is delivered and thank you again Richard for all your help. Everyone should go to that store and ask for Richard, you wont be disappointed.

Felt very comfortable moving freely about the store trying different beds. No pressure from the salesman. We were able to come to our own conclusions and order what we felt was best for our situation.

Walked into the store today with my wife and grandson, there were 2 other customers in the store at the time. We went to the beds for about 15 minutes then walked around the couches as well, we were there for 25 minutes or so. One of the Customers had left and still [no one even said hello] we walked out, drove down the street to Mattress Ferm and purchased an adjustable king bed. Need to work on your greeting.
Purchased bed 2012. It has been the worst bed I have ever slept on. Over the years every experience I have had with their customer service is the worst. Everything they “promised” and all the glamor around their warranty is all fluff to get you to purchase their overpriced mattresses.

Loved my experience. All of my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Went to ask about replacing the pump on my 19 year old bed and ended up deciding to get a new one. The tech is impressive. Even though I don’t care about phone app remote or biometric monitoring, I felt like the comfort of the bed and the quality of support and service made this purchase a no brainer. Thanks!
Very helpful salesman Caleb. Not much wiggle room in corporate prices. They do have some closeouts on older models that are very interesting, making a purchase now possible

Gary was amazing! He taught us what firmness was best for each sleeping position and which types of pillows would be best. He helped us stay within our budget and WASNT PUSHY! We found him to be super helpful and had a wonderful experience. To top it off, we love our sleep numbers!
Their great during the sale but after the sale forget about customer service. Bryce at the Idaho Falls store lies about everything. If I had to do it all over again I would not go to sleep number In Idaho Falls.

When they were selling me my $9000 bed, they were fantastic. Whenever I have called with issues or for support they suuuuuuck and act like they have no idea what Im talking about, nor any interest in helping with anything. Today, I spoke with Caleb Ingall regarding getting a copy of a receipt or verification of my purchase. Caleb was not helpful in the least bit. When I pointed out that he was not being helpful, he wished me luck, and cheerfully hung up. When someone spends this much money on a product, they expect customer support. I will never purchase anything from sleep number again. Customer service phone number is the same.
