Very attractive store. Customer service is superb. Dianne was personable and patient as she guided me through buying my first pair of boots! Good selection of seasonal clothes, boots, hats and accessories. Can’t wait to come back! Finally got to wear my new Sherpa lined coat and Shyanne boots together when it hit the low 30’s and it looked great.

If you dont want hawx boots, go somewhere else because thats 99% of whats for sale here. No cat, no Redwing, I dont understand the point of this place.

I bought a pair of Cody James boots at the start of the summer and the bottom of the boot is peeling off. The store it’s self is a good place to go but their brand (Cody James) has the shortest lasting boots I have ever worn.

For the 1st time cowboy boot purchaser I was not very satisfied with the selection offered and the staff was not helpful at all.

He was all about making sure I found the correct pair of boots. He measured me, was polite, and made me sit in the “comfy chair” while he brought me some options. You can tell his employees really like and respect him too. My hats off to Bret. Great work!

I have been in multiple times looking for Boots and man I got a pair that I don’t want to take off! I wear them to work at a landscape nursery in town then wear them after! Boot Barn in Idaho Falls, Idaho was a joy to shop at. Couldnt have had a better experience. The ladies working were awesome and I will return for my ranch apparel.

Me and my significant other are relatively new to the area. And we decided to get him some western wear. So we stopped in the local Boot Barn in Ammon. Generally we try to keep to ourselves and avoid having assistance from staff in almost all places we shop at. However in truly rare occasions we find a truly exceptional representative who is a perfect balance of kind, knowledgeable and helpful. And in our experience at Boot Barn we found such a gem in their employee Courtney. She is a very remarkable lady who shows a great amount of experience and professionalism for someone as early on in her career as she is. Given how helpful and warm she was we became fairly regular patrons to this store and enjoy returning time after time. Given her relentless commitment to assisting their customers, in the best possible ways, we have spent a fair amount more money and time in the store than we would have otherwise allotted under less impressive staffing, which unfortunately has become the benchmark of most retail operations in present day. Very helpful and took care of my needs

This is a good Boot Barn, but they could use a little bit bigger selection and size availability of Ariat and Cinch jeans. Not everyone is a 30 or 32 waist.... I feel like most Boot Barns cater just a tiny too much to the gaudy cowboy/cowgirl and rodeo contestants, rather than the actual cowboys and ranchers. On the upside, they tend to carry a pretty good selection of good boots in this store.

Clean, well kept store. So many boot options to choose from, even for someone with feet as small as mine! The employees were so incredibly helpful and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and then afterwards gave all the best care tips. Cant wait to go back!

Very friendly staff pointed us right to where we wanted to be. Good quality products and the shoes felt comfortable.

They have great customer service. Every time I am asked if I need help finding anything at least 5 times. They have a good work boot selection my favorite is the cody james they are the cheapest ones there and my last pair lasted me a year. I work concrete and its rare for a pair to last more than 6 months. Thats the only downside they jump right to the expensive stuff Im not really a fan of paying 200 bucks for a pair of boots Im gonna destroy in a year. You will need to make sure they stay in your price range when they help you.

I love Boot Barn! They tend to have decent sales, which certainly mitigates the high prices, but they are still cheaper than the truly premium Boot and hat Outfitters. Vickers is my favorite, but they are outrageously expensive. Thats why Boot Barn is my favorite Middle Ground. They have impressive inventory on hand as well. Something for everyone!

Quiet and clean when we went. Only one person available to help customers so we didnt get helped but we found what we needed. Woman at the register was kind and helpful. Good first experience and good quality items.

High prices but worth it for the quality. They work with certain businesses to provide appropriate shoes for their workers (such as the INL). Have been very happy with my boots.

The manager was too wonderful. He really was very helpful. At the same time he was not breathing down our necks trying to sell us something. The store was very clean a d well organized. Definitely will return when in the area.

Great sales help

A few bargains, but this is not really the place for bargain hunting. They sell mostly high quality items at a fair price, but its not cheap. They have a great selection, especially for hard-to-find items, boots, and higher quality stuff than you can find elsewhere in this area. The customer service here is AMAZING ! Every time I go in here the employees treat me like I am some super VIP customer, even when I dont buy anything. The reason I keep going back to buy my stuff here is because they are so nice to me EVERY TIME, even when I dont buy anything.

Great service. The employees upsell which is slightly annoying so 4 stars instead of 5. The socks they upsell are not good enough for ten dollars a pair. The selection of boots and work boots is massive. Will definitely be back.

My first visit at boot barn in Ammon,but my second visit to the store its self. We walked in and were greeting by a very friendly employee, Malissa. She was VERY helpful and had a great personality! You could ask her almost anything! The other employees were just as helpful, jumping in if we needed a hand (even holding my own personally boots while I wore new ones around the store continuing to shop!)I do wish they had more of a selection at this store. They do have great stuff! I just wanted more variety. But over all I am really happy with my stop here.

We set up a small business account with Boot Barn for safety boots for our crew. Despite only having a small staff we are treated very well. Kermit, our Account Manager, is very responsive to our needs. The selection of boots and clothing is extensive and our entire staff is very pleased with their products, their staff and high level of service.

People in here are great, but they cary somewhat limited sizing and every time I might like they dont have it in the store, just offer to order it online for you. I go into a store to buy clothing because I want to know it fits. Cant do that with an online order

Pushy staff that arent very knowledgeable with boots. I went in knowing what I was looking for. Staff were friendly and asked if I needed help and I politely told them no I just wanted to look. I was looking for solid lace up work boot. Also wanted to check out a pair of Hathorne Explorers.They didnt have the explorers so I stopped to look at the Smoke jumpers and some other logger style boots. Girl comes over and asks me if I fight fires, I said no but had been wanting a pair of the explorer for a solid woods/work boot. She then proceeded to tell me I didnt want those because they have a tractiony logger sole. She then tried selling me a pair of slick bottom lace up cowboy boots. Touting off all of the features of the boot. None of which I was looking for. She left and came back, I was still looking at the logger boots just for ideas. She again tries to turn me away and tries to sell me a pair of Keen boots. I politely said I have a pair of Keen steel toes and I hate them so I dont want more.Had I been ready to buy that day I would have taken my cash elsewhere. I dont need sales people telling me what I do or do not need.

The assistant manager is very good at the job and product knowledge but she is nosey and talks way to much. If we need help we will ask. Looking for boots. I have wide feet and was hoping Boot Barn could accommodate me in my search. I was frustrated that I was pretty much left to my own devices in my search. The sales associate seemed put out when I asked for assistance. Not so good customer service, and no boots 😔

I would give the Boot Barn in Idaho Falls a zero star if possible!!! Horrible customer service!!! We were looking for cowboy boots for my son. Not one clerk acknowledged us as we came in & we found a pair that he liked but needed the mate etc. We were in the store about 20 minutes while other customers were not being helped either. 3 clerks were at the front just chit chatting etc. So we left & not one clerk even acknowledged us as we walked out. They just lost at least a $70 sale!!! We will not go there again!!!

Not going to name the brand of boots. Bought some from here paid about $240. Had them for less than a year and the leather around the heal started ripping apart. They said that they couldn’t do anything for me. I won’t be going back there!
