This store should be closed down. Went in to get help with switching from Verizon to t-mobile and was stuck with some fresh people with no manager around. They were on the phone with the manager trying to get stuff figured out. It got closer to closing time and they started freaking out and started to rush through to get done so they could go home. They sent us out of the store with the new Sim cards not in our phones. Told us to wait to get them put in about 72 hours. Well that wasnt the case. Right when we were about home our phones quit working with the Verizon Sim cards. So we had to do the switch ourselves praying that they did everything right and wouldnt be without a phone. Luckily they did but if Im not mistaken they are supposed to do that at the store to make sure the phone works before we physically leave. These women were very unprofessional on how they were working with us. Never going back to this store to save my life.
Literally Just Had To Walk Out Of This Store & Go Some Where Else! I Was Told By The Manager That I Wasn’t Thinking Logically Or Listening at all After Telling Her Multiple Times That I Didn’t Want a Plan, I Only Wanted Prepaid Service That The 1st Girl Was Helping With… There Was Just a Lot Of Tension With The Manager & I Didn’t want to make it a huge deal For The Other Workers.
Honest Opinion it felt like The Person who was Helping Me Did Not Care For or Showed Me Anything i Was Asking For. She Kept Getting Mad Because Of Her Own Mistakes On The Computer & Walked Away a Couple Of Times! Really Annoying Process but Good Thing Alondra Is There Now!!!!!!!
I went in late yesterday just before closing to inquire about the new Galaxy Watch 4 and Morgan was so extremely helpful. Got me in the new Watch only small out of pocket cost, and while talking with her and going over my plan with her she found some discrepancies I need to address through the 611 phone number. After going through everything I have the new Watch ended up not costing me even the cost of the new line which was minimal anyway due to my specific situation. She was great and still very nice and thorough with me even as I was keeping her past the stores closing time. Thank you Morgan

She did everything to set up my new phone & transfer everything from my old phone onto the new phone.Everyone was friendly, helpful & kind. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a purchase. After my amazing service at the T-mobile store near sunny side I have decided this was the worst store I have ever been in. The store manager us unprofessional to her staff and other T-Mobile stores. I was in the store as she called a store down the road and when she did not get what she wanted she hung up and shared her very negative opinion of the other store and their employees. The last time I stopped to have some help done with my phone and watch. I was not allowed in to the store. As I asked why. I was told only people that were looking at new phones could go in. Anything else had to be done out side, due to store policy. The general employees were amazing, the store manager Mckenzie was a piece of work
I should actually give them negative stars. The manager, McKenzie is a liar. I would walk through fire before I would ever use that location
Customer service is horrible. One employee tells us we can trade our phones in and have them paid off through our old carrier (a promotion they were running). He stated it would be no problem at all. A month later we get the bill from at&t and we still have to pay off our old phones. We went back into the store and another employee told us sorry they shouldnt have told you that its not true. There is nothing we can do.
Loving our new phones! Mckenzie was so wonderful to work with. She took the time to help us set up our new account and got us 2 new phones that are such a great step up from our previous ones. The speed of 5G has been great. She took excellent care of us. Would definitely recommend to the next guy/gal.
Christian is amazing!! He goes above and beyond everytime...I stay with t mobile for that reason. He should train the other associates on customer service. Thank Christian!!
Never been treated nicely here. First time, I came in because of a promise from the salesman about trading in a device. They refused to even try to help me. I called customer service and they tried to help me, ultimately asking me to contact my previous carrier to get a final price for payoff (where I found out the devices were paid off already.) I tried stopping by again to get some tech support for my phone and they, again, refused to help me. Again, calling customer service got me the help I needed. Last time, I tried asking about a trade-in for an upgrade on my devices. They flat out refused to help with the upgrade stating they couldnt do my requested upgrade. They didnt even try to explore other options, just shunt me out of the shop. I dont know how the financing works for Sprint, but I do have a spending limit of $2k according to the app. I dont know if theyre connected, but it does make me wonder whats the point. Go anywhere else for Sprint service, dont go here.
Best experience of my life, Mckenzies customer service is absolutely astounding. She really makes you feel welcome as well as everyone else in the store. These guys are amazing. I didnt feel like a member, I felt like a friend. Definitely recommend!!
Terrible customer service. Staff was rude and dismissive. Waited for quite a long time for help and then was given false information about charges. Either they dont know their own promotions or are being deceptive to boost sales but youre better off just calling T Mobile customer service.

Went with them when they were still sprint and have regretted it since the first bill I got which was messed up. Terrible service, even right here in Ammon. Everytime I go into the store I quickly figure out that they have no idea what they are doing or how to modify anything on an account. Only thing they seem to know how to do is upgrade or sell a phone, and they still struggle at that. I had trouble paying off my watch, paying off my ipad, and turning in my phone when my lease was up. I spoke to customer service and asked if I should turn in my phone and then port my number or the other way around. They said I should port my number, transfer data to new phone, and then turn it in at the store. I did exactly that and when I went in they told me that had no record of my phone and that it shows that I own the phone which in fact I didnt. Then I get a huge bill for what was left on the phone to pay off so I dealt directly with customer service to get a return box sent to me. If you still feel the need to get sprint/tmobile, just do everything online. Also, service still sucks even with tmoble now. I have AT&T now and its awesome everywhere even in Island Park. I also save 20$ a month with AT&T and they dont do silly leases.
I had a mixed experience when going in to this store. Ask for Kanen! He was amazing and so helpful and fast with our transfer even when things slowed down due to me having a really old phone. He made sure we were able to get our deals and worked with us for a full week to get all of the correct information! The bad part of my experience was the other employee at that store on Sunday was very disrespectful to myself when I went I the first time. Then to both kanen and I the second time. He came over and had to ask several question on how to do things for other customers in the store but would interrupt when things were being explained to me.
We politely asked the employee to put on a mask, and he said Im not on the clock. He still wanted to take our name. It would be nice if customer service mattered and employees werent rude.
Kanen was amazing!!! We had issues with our T-Mobile in Rexburg, so I took the drive to Idaho falls, and it was so worth it! Kanen was so helpful and answered all our questions. He had great customer service and a great attitude. The only issue I had was with someone who seemed to be a manager; she was rude to her employees and was belittling them in front of customers both times that I was there. All the employees were doing great when I was there, and it was sad to see her being rude to them. I would give Kanen 10 stars and a raise if I could!
I am a customer of this store, and an old guy who leaves good reviews for good service and previously left one for employee Sergio. I entered the store recently with two relatively minor issues. The manager Makenzie was busy with a customer and a young man observing for a long time, finally he was directed to take my name & number, he obviously was in training. He was unable to resolve my issues. Two other associates entered and immediately served customers who entered later. She finally finished after the longest time,I expected her to assist him resolve my issues. She rather went to another customer, I asked to assist us, she forcefullyreplied I was being served and would not assist. I had to leave failing to complete my issues. I will not return, her management skills stink. And I will consider changing my account where Im treated as a paying customer. Pete Kutulas
I have been into the T Mobile store in Ammon a few times and dealt with Mckenzie all of those times. She is amazing and has always gone above and beyond with service for not only me but my family. She always has a smile on her face when we are there and I will only deal with her and her team. I came in the other day and she was off for the day and the other sales associate called her, told her my needs, who I was, and she remembered me and made sure to take great care of me on her day off while helping guide her coworkers. There were plenty of laughs and smiles going on around the room and that is because of her. She knows what she is doing and does it in a very professional manner. With the way everything has been going on in the world today, I feel that it is very rare to find someone that is genuinely excited to do their job,do it well, all while making it a very positive and comfortable experience. Mckenzie is a one of a kind when it comes to service and is the most genuine person I have come across in a long time. The first time I ever came into her store I was having issues with a phone and watch that I recently purchased from a different location, I was welcomed with a big smile by Mckenzie and she had not only fixed my issues (that no other store in town could) but made my whole day better. Her service is top notch and she is the reason I am a T Mobile customer. I have sent family/friends to deal with her and they have all left feeling the same way I do and you cant ask for anything better than that. She is as constant and consistent as they come, her knowledge in her profession shows her passion and ability to continually be the best T Mobile in town and I always leave smiling even though she talked me into buying more than I thought I needed! You have a diamond in Ammon T Mobile and Id recommend Mckenzie and her team to anyone and everyone.

PSA: This is the absolute worst cell phone provider I’ve ever had. I have one bar while I’m in the middle of town. It has the worst coverage ever. Forewarning before switching to sprint!! The coverage is TERRIBLE. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They also lied about my phone bill. Way more expensive than they had tried to say it would be and it came way sooner than expected, overall I’m disappointed all around :(

Hi my name is Eric Gilbert, I sent in my Galaxy S10+ last November I had called Asurion several times and had 0 progress, I asked Kade the assistant manager to call them, I was in the store for about 45 minutes totally not his fault he had the problem all worked out in 30 minutes he was giving them my credit card info and the call was dropped we had to go through the process again, when I got home from work the next day the phone had been delivered, I was totally amazed. This store is the best. If you are looking for a place that has excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this store.

Great customer service and great price! Was with Verizon for 5 years and switched to Sprint to save money. Service is great (I personally havent noticed a difference compared to Verizon) and we were able to get 2 brand new phones for the price of 1 decent phone from Verizon.
This store and the employees are the best and if you need help you need to go here and they can help. The new manager is awesome and all the guys that work there are awesome also. If you need your phone fixed or just to get a new phone line this is the place to go... Awesome place

The store needs to give this guy a raise he was phenomenal I had an issue with my phone numbers being ported over we were at the store and thought it was taking care of but then got home and realized that the phone wasnt working when it was supposed to I called in and spoke with Spencer and he even waited after closing to help me out thank you so much you guys are awesome!!!
We have sprint and we had our phone shipped too us. I dont get data or receive most of my phone calls. Sprint cant seem to figure out or help us so as soon as we pay our phones off we will be switching phones over

Worst experience with a phone provider first they lied about what would come with our plan charged us twice what we were told and to get no service anywhere that’s right no service at all anywhere I go idk how they keep business I highly do not recommend sprint will be switching to something else even a prepaid phone Walmart gets better service and you don’t get screwed over forget you sprint!!!

We have found that we need to double check whats being added to our account or trying to be sold to us dependingon the salesperson. Some (a few) are pretty great, but several are pretty tricky. Usually they dont have in stock what youre after either.
This store used to be great. Their service is horrible. I paid $12 for next day shipping and they never got the phone and then when they did they never called. I always hear we only have 1 computer working and you wait forever. Hate this store.

Never again will we go to this sprint store! Bought my phone there, paid for the protection plan there, brought the phone in to get the screen repaired and was told that they wouldnt fix it,that the protection plan was basicaly worthless! Would not recommend to enemy let alone a friend
I guess that I should have read the reviews on here before I wasted my time going into this store…As I entered I was greeted by the sales gal, that was the end of the politeness and the only customer service I received…I went into the store to have a repair done on my phone that was covered by the insurance that I have, and the customer care folks from sprint placed a note on my account acknowledging that the repairs were covered. Somehow the gal and the technician misinterpreted that as they would have to charge me.The technicians “manager” came out and was arrogant and Aggressively Un-helpful, and then he had the balls to outright lie to the representative on the phone and say that he “couldn’t fix the phone” because he didn’t want to fix it…I can deal with arrogance, but lying is and never will be proper customer service. Sprint needs to know that they are being misrepresented by subcontractors that don’t understand how to be helpful or useful in any way.
No repair shop, over priced and Poor Selection on phones and Accessories always have to wait for Service !!!!
My wife had an LG G4, a phome with a known hardware issue. After being sent away by the store on 17th and getting the run around on the phone from Sprint customer service on the phone we went into this store as a last hope. Matt that works there was on the phone for and hour and a half with multiple different departments and refused to give up. He was able to get us a replacement phone at no added charge to us. He is the reason we will be staying with Sprint.
I was initially in the store for the ETF buyout. I was happy at first but quickly became disgruntled and grew tired of the constant lies and runaround from the terribly trained staff from manager all the way down. There was an issue with a few of the transferred accounts, the staff constantly reassured that we are handling it and they will call me For months I believed the lies only to find nothing was done and I had to pay out all the etf as well as the added costs of coverage for equipment I felt swindled into. Terrible service and terrible customer support. I regret ever walking into this terrible store.
I have had many issues with sprint and especially with this store. I have worked with the employees there and the manager and most recently the area manager. All of them couldnt have cared less or given me any worse customer service. From un-returned emails to un-returned phone calls to responses and emails that are unsympathetic and unapologetic. The only help I got was from having to finally call customer service and be on the phone for an hour. I cant wait to move to another carrier. .

Buyer beware. wont put insurance on your phones even when you ask for it. try to get damaged phone replaced after you fight to get insurance on phone they tell you your phone is ok and its just you. no one can hear you on phone even sprint. had to go to ebay to buy replacement. this store is horrable Edit this was sprint review not TMobile

Well to begin they ordered the wrong phones, and said that they would get the right ones into the store, have one phone and cant find the other. Service isnhit and miss when traveling and not happy with the service and the bill.

I walked into this Ammon Idaho store and was immediately greeted at the door. Within a short few minutes they gave me the utmost attention. That is where my positive experience ended. I signed up for service with the new Samsung Gallaxy S5 and a FREE tablet. After 2 days of service that included more dropped calls within the middle of Idaho Falls and to include the mall parking lot I was frustrated. The following day I went on a long drive heading up into the upper hills (paved road) of Idaho Falls and then down to Swan Valley, Teton pass heading towards Jackson WY and back. 90% of the time my phone had NO service... I mean none! I immediately took the phone back and showed them areas I was at where no service was available. All were green areas on their coverage map. So I turned my phone in and had to pay over $100 in restocking fees. My account managed to also pick up another line that I did not authorize due to their Framily plan. This resulted in a fraud case and extensive hours of my time to resolve. This line, that I did not authorize, was fraudulently listed under my SSN cost me over $200, which was later credited off. When they made all the adjustments they could for 2 days of service (well within the 14 days allowed) my bill came just shy of $700. These crooks lie about their coverage area, dont keep your financial information secure and will throw everything they have at you when you decide to return the equipment. The service is horrible and the customer service is worse. Steer clear of this business. Also I might add this store is not a Sprint corporate store but rather a 3rd party seller. Getting the real Sprint to find out what happened to your account is near impossible because their information is not connected to Sprint. If you decide to go with Sprint at least go to a genuine Sprint store. If problems occur you will be in a much better position to get those problems resolved. Worst experience ever !
The laundry list of problems Ive had with this store are the reason I hate Sprint. I was a loyal T-Mobile customer for YEARS, so far back it was VoiceStream and Jamie Lee Curtis was the spokeswoman. My husband convinced me to switch to Sprint with him and I (stupidly) relented. It has been nothing but trouble for over a year. First, a $150 credit that was promised for switching carriers was never received. Second, my 4G Evo Shift began having problems with the charging port a couple of months after I received it. I visited the repair shop I believe 3 times, possibly 4, and each time Spencer told me that my phone chargers like a champ or works like a champ! I swear it took all my being to not reach through the little glass window he was sitting behind and slapping the douche bag out of him and his spikey-wanna-be-Jersey-Shore face. My husband, who has a degree in electronics, diagnosed the problem as a broken solder point in the phone between the charging port and the battery. He bought me an off-board charger and two spare batteries and I spent the next year manually changing batteries every time the phone died. Doing this was less stress to my life than dealing with Spencer. When the keys on my slide out key board began to stop working I started using the touch screen more to avoid going back to the store. Then my touch screen stopped working and finally the speaker in my phone stopped working so I was unable to make or receive calls, I broke down and went into the store and PRAISE TO THE CELL PHONE GODS Spencer was not in the repair booth. There was another young man, whos name skips my mind but bless you you dear sweet angel of mercy, who within 2 hours had fully diagnosed my phone (including the charging problem that Spencer had missed multiple times!) and placed the order for a replacement phone. At that time he handed me off to Kelsy at the front desk who rang me up for the new phone (no charge, I had insurance) and I purchased a screen protector and phone case. I was told the case would be ordered on Friday when the store does all the ordering. I thought that was totally exceptable and put down in my calendar to stop by the store the following Friday as instructed to pick up my lovely new case which I was very excited to receive. Four days later my new phone arrived, they didnt call, I went in expecting it to be there and it was. That Friday I stopped in for my case..... No case. No problem, delay in shipping. Called in the next week, no case. Well call you when it arrives. Week 3, no case. Week 4, a full month after ordering the case I call in to inquire and Kelsy takes my call. Nope, it isnt here.... wait, who am I talking to? What color did you order? I hear her rustling through a box of something which might have well been my jimmies. I have a pink one here with flowers on it, very cute. Do you want that one? No, I dont want a 12 year old girls phone case. Im a professional 30 year old woman and would like the nice pale pink case THAT I ORDERED. Oh, well I cant find it.... it may have come in and then was sent to another store. Let me see if I can find the order number...... She couldnt find it. She told me she would call around to the other stores to see if they have it and call me back in 30 minutes. I gave her 20 minutes which was all the time I needed to search for cases online and find the LARGE selection on Amazon for far cheaper than what they charged me. I called her back and asked her to just cancel my order. oh, we dont take returns, it says so on your receipt I see that Kelsy, but Im not returning. Im cancelling. I cant return what I havent received. She tells me she needs to talk to the manager and get back to me. That was 3 days ago and I still havent heard anything. In the mean time I have ordered a case from Amazon and am already counting the days until the end of my contract so I can go back the T-Mobile.
