Nice clean bakery had some wonderful cupcakes and cookies. We got the macaroons and a larger delicious cookie. So good. Friendly service very nice not to busy on a Friday night. Highly recommended!

This is the cutest little bakery! I have been coming here for treats for years and I havent ever had a bad experience.They had a great assortment of delicious treats, drinks and merchandise. They alternate the cupcakes every day so there is always something new and their macaroons are to die for, I have to get a few every time Im there!! The girls are always so enthusiastic and sweet that it makes the experience every better.Hands down this is my favorite place in town to get my cupcakes and macaroons.. As long as they are open I will be a customer!

Buy 10 cupcakes get two free. It’s been a while since I’ve been back to get cupcakes here but the prices have improved it seems like. $27 for a dozen cupcakes. The cupcakes are always delicious and always look amazing. Go grab a dozen.

This place is literally then best ever my family loves it and misses that it’s no longer in Provo. Every time we go to Idaho we stop here to get frappes. One of my favorite places of all time. Sometimes when I’m sad I sit and think about this place and all the delicious things and get happier and sadder all at the same time! 10/10 recommend and that’s why I’m doing this haha

This place has a little bit of everything when it comes to desserts. Cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, frozen drinks. Its a great place when you have a family who has diverse dessert wants.My favorite cupcake is the chocolate Raspberry one, with the white cream cheese frosting and the raspberry on top. Always moist, delicious, and the perfect amount of sweet.My daughter loves their german chocolate ice cream. My other daughter got a frappe and it was amazing too! You just cant go wrong here.

We had a surprise 80th birthday party for my Mom recently. My sister got cupcakes from this business and can I say OMG they were the best I’ve ever had! Soft, melt in your mouth and so much flavor! I don’t think I can do cupcakes from anywhere else now!! Totally delicious!!!

I love the cupcakes and Italian sodas here but Ive had some pretty bad experiences with the staff members. On my most recent visit I walked in right after someone else and they refused to sell me a cupcake even though it was ten minutes until closing time and they were willing to serve the people in front of me. If it was a sit down restaurant I would understand but all they had to do was give me a cupcake which takes three seconds.

I dont like to be made to feel like I have to tip.I bought a cupcake and paid with my debit card. She turned the computer screen around and asked if i wanted to leave a tip I can just select how much on the screen.Really???Like Im going to leave a tip for a cupcake!

My family and I thoroughly enjoy Coco Bean! Personnel that run and operate this establishment are some of the nicest people with friendly attitudes and welcoming to everyone that enters. Every time I’m in Idaho Falls I stop and have a cupcake or ice cream. Anyone that uses Reeds Dairy’s ice cream and then puts Coco Beans cupcakes mixed in it, is a genius. You won’t find a better environment, cupcake, cookie, ice cream, and cake pop in Idaho. Guaranteed!!

Macarons were so tuff on the inside they must have been overcooked, or very old. Cookies were awesome though.

I am BEYOND impressed! We had a miscommunication with Mothers Day gift for our community and the Monday before Mothers Day we called requesting 125 cakes pops. They had them done by that Thursday and they look AMAZING! I was very rushed while picking them up and the employee was incredible! She took payment over the phone and offered to run them out to my car to save me every second! Very very impressed!!

Cupcakes are small, not too much flavor. The cocoa tastes strong bitter and a bit bunt aftertaste. Then tried to charge $.25 cents for a small plastic cup of water for my grandson. Do yourself a favor and take your money and time elsewhere

I think it is well understood that these are expensive cup cakes and other items, so don’t plan on being cheap if you want to go here.The cupcakes are not bad, but the frosting is the secret. It is amazing and there is always plenty of it.Recommend if you don’t mind paying for a tasty treat.

The flavor was quite delicious of their chocolate cupcake. I really enjoyed it! It was totally dead whilst the rest of the plaza was full of people on a Saturday night.... weird right? The staff was friendly. The reason Im giving this an (average) rating of 3 stars is because of the odd scent in the building and the inconsistency in cupcakes. If you look through the glass display, you can totally see how several flowed out of the paper. I expect this when baking my own, but not when a company does this for a living. My other minor complaint was how few flavors they had available when compared to other companies doing this similar line of business. I think I saw a sign on the way out that said ice cream but where was it? Am I blind? Id definitely recommend giving them a shot, but I would rather try another cupcake shop for a future visit.

If you are looking for a nice, well-managed, petite place to hang with some friends, this is the place. Grab a cupcake and sit down, or take it to go. The cupcakes make lovely gifts and are delightful. Ive rarely tasted cupcakes with this quality. The staff are very helpful, and I appreciate their patience when Im indecisive. While the prices may seem a bit high, the delicious, rich cupcake you get in return is worth every penny.

A bit pricey for a dozen. They say you get two free when you buy a dozen but even with the free ones, you’ll be paying a pretty penny. My wife loves the German chocolate cupcake. I like them all pretty much. It’s cool they have unique flavor but if you go later in the day they can be a bit dry. But they are pretty big to me. I’m a big guy and one fills me up and hits that sweet tooth!

I just went here for the first time and was grossed out that the girl who helped us did not put on any gloves when getting our cupcakes out even though there was a fully filled box of gloves right on the counter and easy to reach. She just reached in and grabbed them and threw them in a box and about 30 seconds later wiped her nose with her hand a few times while we were checking out :( if you work in the food industry please wear gloves when serving your customers food! I would like to give them a one star but my fiance really likes their cupcakes.

The Cocoa Bean is still my favorite place and first choice for cupcakes and cookies 🍥🍪💕 the staff is always friendly and accommodating when I cant make up my mind lol.

There are a few very good cupcakes that are worth a try, but the rest are not worth mentioning. The problem I have with this location is the staff. They dont seem to care about the customer very much, and act like its a chore when you come in for something. Most of the staff do not wear gloves when removing items from the case, which is really gross, and then you see them wiping counters or playing with their hair or phone after. Not to mention this could be an allergy/ gluten problem for some people if there is cross contamination.Dont get me wrong, I do enjoy coming here on occasion to get a yummy overly sugary treat, but when I do, I am reminded why I dont come in more often. Changes to staff or better training need to be established.

Little known fact: Cocoa Bean cupcakes are laced with gold, thats the only reason I could explain the price. ($2.75 per cupcake; 13 something for half dozen). Even though the prices are enough to make me shed a tear as I take the money out of my wallet and wonder what sacrifices I will have to make for the month for a golden cupcake, the service is extremely friendly and professional.

My two sons and I picked up a dozen cupcakes yesterday for my husbands birthday since they are closed on Sundays. So the bakery/shop itself is cute and clean and the italian cream soda I got was pretty good. Since I didnt call ahead I had to pick my dozen cupcakes from the cupcakes in the case. We got a variety and thought the cake itself on all but one flavor was a little dry and very crumbly! As another reviewer said, LOTS OF FROSTING!!! It was delicious but almost over powered the cake. Honestly for the $40 we spent we were pretty disappointed cupcake wise. The staff was ok, quick but not very friendly. Overall we might give it another try, definitely gonna ask for the freshest baked cupcakes.

So my husband and I used to live in Idaho Falls and would ride our bikes across town just for a cupcake or ice cream. The place was clean, the people were friendly and the cupcakes were some of the prettiest things I had ever seen...we moved away and came back in today for a blueberry lemon cupcake and I have to tell you, I was really disappointed with the experience!The girls behind the counter were actually pretty rude and had no sense of humor along with over charging us. I was sad to see that not as much detail has been placed in the look of the cupcake and the one I had come for were all burnt. So I chose a sugar cookie instead and the frosting was more like butter than frosting, I couldnt finish it.I hate to be that review but I think its taking time for the little things that make small business this nations backbone.

I entered the Cafe at 10mins til closing & they still let me purchase cupcakes--without giving any attitude! Thats an automatic 5-star rating. It was my 1st experience having gourmet cupcakes like these with wild flavors, but I can say the kinds I had were Soooooooooooo Frickinnnnnnnnnnn Amaaaaaaaaaaaazing! My daughter loved them, and fiancee loved them. I recommend to every friend & will even be purchasing cupcakes for my upcoming wedding.
