The Target in Amsterdam, NY is always so clean. The employees are nice and the wait for a cashier/self checkout is very short most of the time. They almost always have what I am looking for. Father in the CVS in Target is always so helpful and friendly.

There is one item that is available there that is not available anywhere else. Then, I continued to shop the entire store for amazing deals! You just never know what you will find...

Allowing people to not wear masks. When I mentioned it to an employee, her response was hes healthy. Im glad target isnt keeping the safety of their employees or guests in mind. I will no longer be shopping here unless they actually take some action to protect their customers.

Large selection of all products. Large selection of clothes and shoes. They did not have a large selection of xl++ clothes, under shirts, but all other sizes they did.Large electronics section and large toy isle.Groceries side is very large and has a good selection of frozen foods.

Target has a very nice collection of kids clothes, and mens too. Also they feature good sale prices for everyone and their inventory is good quality. If by some chance I have to return or exchange something I never have a problem.

Food is always fresh, the Starbucks is another story...all the Starbucks employees are friendly and efficient except for a tall red haired girl with glasses and a short curly haired girl with glasses very nasty and rude. Otherwise this target location is in great shape with an amazing layout and great options to choose from!

I got attacked by a 5’6 christian girl autumn woman in her late 30s wearing a scarf and knee high brown boots telling me to vote for trump, overall very scary experience.

I would like to share what WONDERFUL people you employ! I am walking disabled and they treat me with the respect that I still deserve, lending a hand IF I need it. Very knowledgeable and can count change! All this and more can only be found in your store and it is very much appreciated!

Process of curbside pick-up was very efficient, easy to use the Target app and the contactless pick-up of items was greatly appreciated.

Cleanliness ease of store product location

I bought a Samsung watch in August of 2019, the watch band broke. I call Samsung to get it repaired and they told me the warranty expired July 2019. So the warranty was already expired when I bought it. To get my watch fixed I have to go to target and get a receipt printed out to show the model number. Then call Samsung back. I was told that I have to call Samsung before buying any products to check that its still under warranty. I dont think I should have to pay full price if I then have to do the leg work if it breaks with in a year of purchase.

Target has good prices. The employees are helpful. Customers can find everything they want. You dont have to wait a long time in the line

This target location is pretty big and well organised. You can find anything you could ever need and the employees are very helpful and mostly friendly. That being said however, they need to do better at the registers. No one should have to wait more than 20 minutes at checkout. Three stars for that.

I purchased a tracfone, and live almost 40 minutes away from the store. I came home and tried to activate the phone, only to find out the clerk did not properly activate it at the time I purchased it. So now I have to go out of my way to get the phone to work.

Store is located in a strip mall complex in the heart of Amsterdam. parking and traffic in this area can be a little rough if going in the middle of the day, or on the weekend. Store has a Starbucks and Grocery section. Store keeps with the expectations of Target stores, being very clean and well staffed. Items are easy to fine, and the store layout is good. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Targets prices can be a little higher on certain items, but I find they do a lot of clearance where you can often snag a deep discount on an item or two you may need. I managed to get a clearance mens dress shirt for $9, which I was very happy with. Checkout was fast and easy.

Found an item in the Target store, but not in my size. Customer service put in an order for me and said it would take 2-3 days for pick-up in the store.Got a text 30 minutes later that it was in.....found out the item was in the store originally, but I had not come across it....Talk about fast service !!

As a local dog trainer I often bring my training dogs to busy locations as to properly socialize and desensitize them to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As part of this responsibility I have always been very respectful of the businesses I frequently visit and always ask permission before using their location as well as video my dogs there. In all my videos I usually am very diligent in angling the camera so you can see people but not their faces or identities. I have been going to Target in Amsterdam Commons for YEARS and most of the employees and patrons will even come over to pet the dogs. Well I have now been banned from working and videoing at Target after been given approval by every manager in the past as partly to do with me also advertising their location not only on my Facebook, to my clients, their patrons, as well as of course the HUNDREDS of videos I have on YouTube at this location. Shame on you to the one woman that complained that my phone was videoing your feet...Shame on you....🐶🐾

At this time Target is having great deals on almost every section of the store, lots of clearance items and cartwheel discounts. Employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

Has a decent selection in items. However wait times are terrible. If you are there to pick up groceries, I wouldnt bother.They do not offer many brands, or items. Great for grabbing some quick items. To check out takes way too long. Never enough staff on register no matter when you go. If you have a return, grab what you want to exchange it for, or have the card you used to purchase it available otherwise it takes too long and you get a gift card.
