Don’t think I’ve had one nice person in the pharmacy so glad I moved to a different location. Seems to be an issue every time there.

Walgreens in Amsterdam, NY did not take my medical insurance BC/BS of Florida under my husband and he is a federal employee to give me a flu shot. Very disappointed and I went to CVS and they accepted my insurance and treated me as a valuable customer. I will not go to Walgreens ever again.

A call center has been answering calls for this store & refuses to transfer me to the actual Amsterdam Walgreens Pharmacy.She said there is a 2-3 hour service time once they get the prescription from the doctor? For an antibiotic? I politely again asked her to transfer me to the pharmacy so I could ask a question & she sent me to voicemail. Rude.

Great customer service and the pharmacy is one of the best in the area. They are always professional and treat their customers great. A good selection of products as well.

Workers are amazing as Ive only been there a few times but my experience was lively.

Went at 9:3 p.m on a sunday to print a few photos. Willie and Veronica were great. They helped me with all my photo questions, and were very kind and polite.

It’s always some issues at the pharmacy even got given the wrong meds once because we had the same last name.

Its an OK store. The workers are always willing to help so thats a plus in my book.

Were at our summer residence near Amsterdam. We live in Florida and werent able to return because of Irma. I was running low on my b/p med and needed a refill only to find out theres currently a shortage of that particular pill which meant no refill. I was terrified and showed it because of that and the hurricane stress!The pharmacist that day (September 10) was a fellow named Joseph R. (cant remember last name) and he spent almost an hour making phone calls, trying to locate nearby stores that might be able to fill my script. After jumping through hoops to help me, he was successful. I got my pills at Price Chopper.I just wanted to say thank you to him and make sure his boss knows what a gem he is.
