I Walk into the store and they start yelling at me that I need to put on a mask. It’s the only store in the whole city making you wear a mask. It is the most hypocritical thing I have seen yet with this whole Covid thing. They specialize in selling you cigarettes that kill tons and tons of people. You could light a cig up right in the store before Covid. They offer you cigarettes at the same time requiring a mask while no other stores in the city are doing it. Since when do they care about the health of people? And they were rude too. I politely said sorry and left. I will never go there again. I don’t see how there business will stay open for long.

Definitely research your cbd options and just buy them offline. The mark up is ridiculous. I can buy two products directly from cannaAid for the price they sell one for . I understand profit but that’s insane.

They said they were open until 8. Lights on, could see the sweatshirt of the employee on the counter. Door locked, nobody answered the phone. 7:45 pm.

Counter peep are mostly cool AF. Selection of cigarettes and vape products is decent. Prices are average, good on some things.

I dont smoke so I know nothing about anything in relation to tobacco. Long story short, I was shopping for a family member who was going through some rough times and was living with me. He didnt have a job and his cigarettes were starting to get costly so he said hed roll his own and this is how we found Smokers Choice.The lady who helped was very friendly and patient making sure we were getting the right things for him. From the proper tobacco to the right tubes and the proper way to use the roller, I left feeling as if I had just gotten a lesson on how to smoke.If you choose to smoke or youre looking to buy for someone who does, I recommend this place.

Depending on the staffing you either get great service or no service because one person is working both sides of the store. We have walked out multiple times. I believe that the day I gave this review you were out of my product I purchase regularly but just received the order but was told that they couldnt sell it to me until the entire order was checked in

I picked up a 4 hour urine clean bottle here that helped me keep my job. Thumbs up guys! And itbwas the suggested cheaper of the two bottles.

Always buy my liquid here,Can only confirm the previous post about that young woman. She didn’t bother greeting me and after I told her that I would need liquid she responded in the most rudest way: “there’s a sign at the door that we don’t open the vape shop till 9:30”It was 9:00am and not a single customer was present, the entire team sells me my liquid before 9:30am, no idea why her issues is but I’ll not even bother going back there till this kid is out of the store

Polite people n reasonable prices

Two stars only, entire crew is pretty amazing but this one hippy girl with glasses has like no interest in working. I try to avoid her at all cost and wont even enter the store when shes around. I can only suggest to STAY AWAY FROM HER

If youre trying to save a buck or two on a pack of smokes and you want to do your own this is the place to go to get your supplies to make your own cigarettes.

I would give this place a 10 star if i could. Went in on my birthday looking for a couple different things and the employees a guy and a girl were SUPER DUPER EXTRA FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. They nade the shopping experience very pleasurable and i couldnt have been happier with my time in there

Went to the vape shop which is part of Smokers Choice and no one was around. I was then greeted by a red-haired kid that said to me What do you need?. They have some good products but my customer service experience was EXTREMELY POOR! I would rather go to a vape shop where theyre more friendly and helpful.

Usually I have good experiences but today I went there to get new cases for my RYO. I had my daughter with me, The girl had an attitude right from the start. I asked to look at the butterfly hard case and the skull metal cases. With the metal cases, I asked how many does it roughly hold? I got an I dont know answer. So then I was like OK and turned andI asked my daughter who is 8, which case was prettier, the girl behind the counter proceeds to tell me.... that if I ask the opinion of my daughter who is a minor, she cant sell to me and she said it with an attitude. So I gave her the items back and went to another store down the road. In which I got cases and tobacco cheaper.I have been shopping at this Amsterdam location for the past two years, Im a widowed mother of 4 and didnt feel comfortable leaving my daughter in the vehicle. I have dealt with the increasing prices and unknowledgeable newer employees because Ive respected and received respect from the older employees who have been there for a long time..... BUT, today was the last straw... I will however NOT be shopping there any longer... I will travel if need be before giving Smokers Choice a penny...

Older woman who is usually working in there alone is absolutely horrible. I walked in to buy E-Juice and she was unpacking boxes, and made me stand and wait for 5 minutes before coming to wait on me. I know a dozen people who would gladly take her job, and do it ten times better. Also, E-Liquid is over-priced, and no one knows anything about vaping there.

Ive been shopping at Smokers Choice for a little over a year now and Would like to say that the experience I have had is the total opposite of all other reviews. I used to buy my rolling tobacco and supplies there and never had a bad experience.I quit smoking back in January and began vaping, The juices are a little over priced with not much flavor and an awful high PG rating but hey for some people that works. Overall every time I have gone there it has been great experience. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because I wish they had a better more consistent inventory of Vaping supplies.

Wrong hours and poor customer service. Not one night you guys are open till 11pm as it states on your hours. and most importantly learn how to treat your customers better !!!!! Id say a zero for a star.

Honest staff and great place for vapor juice variety. They dont try to rip you off by trying to make you buy the most expensive thing for no reason when you can get something else that isnt as flashy but is better. 5 stars to the manager and they will go out of their way to help you out on youre needs. Thumbs up for sure. They might not have a ton of vape mods but I cant complain about anything other than that. Also its the only place that sells my vape juice (bad mutha custard).

They are the shitiest place to go for your vape needs I spend my money on something there witch fell on its side charging 30 minutes out of the store I go back to replace the glass and they dont have any nore can they get me a replacement for something they sell you

Ive never once had an issue here. The vape selection of the store is the one I use most by far but the service is fantastic.

Little pricey but excellent quality

This place is a complete joke and just gets more and more stuck up. Today i noticed a ghetto hand written sign that says if you are on your phone dont expect to be waited on! And more ghetto signs all over the store saying no ones allowed in the back without showing ID first. They wouldnt let me in the back without mine im nearing my 30s and have worked there before, clearly im over 18 lol but ill gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Awful quality stuff, bought a glass bong there (for well over $100 i might add, not a CHEAP one), one of the percolators broke cleaning it 2 days later, a few weeks later, the bowl head breaks trying to poke a PAPERCLIP thru a clog.... avoid this place for glassware. paying over $100 for something only to have it needlessly break 2 days later is a bit ridiculous. Then theres the no return policy, so now Im not only out $100, but also out the item which i paid $100 for.

Terrible terrible management, terrible employees, nobody knows anything about vaping yet they have a vape shop... E liquid is ridiculously over priced for the smallest bottle, theres a no return policy and they like to sell products that are broken or messed up so as far as Im concerned they are stealing. Customer service is a joke the manager has a horrible attitude and is so rude that I will literally never go there again. Nobody likes to work there at all they just stand around talking and take forever to ask what you need help with, IF they even ask... The place is just a joke. Ive been to better smoke shops that are family owned and pretty ghetto, they at least know what common courtesy and respect is.... I know plenty of people who would love to manage and work there and would do a great job at it and keep customers coming back not losing them. I would get rid of the manager asap if you wanted to stay in business I have heard from numerous people about his bad attitude and rude treatment but still gave the place the benefit of the doubt just to be treated poorly.

Terrible customer service,horrible attitude coming from the girl who worked Wednesday july 19th .morning shift.my husband was the first customer and he had to ask for help after 15 minutes of standing there.Then she gave him attitude .we will never go back here!!!!
