Every time I come to this place they screw something up. I went in last Thursday requesting my prescription. I was told only one person could give it to me, but she wasnt there. I left a note with my contact info. She called me the next day and said she would send my prescription via a secure fax. She never sent it. Now, its Saturday and I need my prescription, and of course this person wont be back to work until Tuesday. The woman I spoke to today on the phone said there is no contact info for the company that holds my prescription (this has to be a lie)... I guess this should be expected from a place inside WalMart.

Outstanding accommodation. I have a child who has a serious eye/pain condition and we saw a doctor about it today. Doc said he needs glasses asap to help control the horrible eye pain and sometimes emesis that come with this optical migraine. I went over to Emp Vis and we were refused care because we didnt have an appnt and there was NO ONE in the store!!! I explained our dire need and was told next week sometime plus 2 weeks to get the glasses . As a mother I broke down an cried, felt defeated and started to google nearest eye glass place. Found WALMART OPTICAL, Called from my car, spoke with HEATHER, explained my urgency to help my son and within 20 min my son was in there chair picking out glasses. They CARE about people, truly ! Thank you Heather and thank you Walmart for hiring great people !

Very knowledgeable and had all the equipment you would expect from a vision center.

Theres no optician in this location.The exams are done taking pictures with an iPhone.
