This garage door company was the closest place to our home, so I went there for advice/parts first. To my surprise, Bill Gutowski said that he could find replacement parts for my 1960’s era garage door opener.A week and a couple emails later he had the replacement parts available.I attempted to fix my own garage door opener myself, but Bill assured me that he would send out a service technician if I wasn’t able to do so.Despite the small size of my order, I felt appreciated and given good, honest advice.My experience here was excellent and I’ll recommend to others.

AODC Amsterdam Overhead Door Co. is a city treasure.My garage door opener broke on a Saturday night so...I called and left a message on the answering machine for their Monday opening. I was called back before 8am that Monday, promised service within the hour and by 9am my door opener was back to normal as good as new. Who does that anymore? Im lucky I get a call back from most tradesmen in this town. Thank you AODC for being so dependable, so accommodating and so professional. We have s great business here. Support them and youll have quality product, sound advice and peace of mind. Not often found when you shop at the big box home improvement store.

I had a very good experience with Amsterdam Overhead Door Company. They came out, gave me a free quote. I accepted the price and terms. They came and did a great job on the repair of my garage door system. It now works very well. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Talk about fast and efficient! I called towards the end of their day when dispatch wasnt sure if they would be able to make it a same day appt, They were to my home and completed within 40 mins (at most) the gentleman that came was very nice and knowledgeable. Very fairly priced too! They definitely deserve 5 stars!!

The customer service was quick to come to my garage, within that day or the next.
