Had a storage space with them for two years until I bought a bigger place. Easy access 24/7 and I never once felt my belongings werent safe. If Im ever in need of a storage unit again theyll be the first ones I call.

I rented a UHAUL and it was such a hassle! I ordered it for 8am online and then found out that I couldnt pick it up until 930am when the owner Joe arrived to open up his store that is adjacent. Upon return of the rental I was instructed to hand the keys over to the next customer who needed the truck. We were then charged $648 instead of $99!!! Apparently no change of hands was recorded and we were charged for the moving companys miles also! I have called both UHAUL and Joe G about this and noone has issued me a refund yet. Its been over a week now so I filed a dispute with my bank. This was obviously Joes error since he requested the key transfer. This needs to be corrected ASAP. There is absolutely no reason that I should be paying that large amount for a truck that was driven 48 miles in less than 24 hours.

The people providing my service were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was a bit stressed with my situation needing the van, but their kindness made my day better.

I rented a trailer in Washington to take to California, but somehow this location checked in the wrong trailer when someone returned it and charged me a $500 wrong destination fee when that trailer was returned. I have tried to contact them dozens of times and no one answers the phone or my emails. When the U-Haul in Menifee, CA finally reached them to discuss, the person in charge of the U-Haul rentals refused to even double check the number on the trailer that was returned to see it was incorrect. I had to not only call my bank, but also U-Haul corporate to get the situation fixed and I still do not have my $500 back. Complete incompetence and lack of follow-up at this location.
