Charged 35% above what was agreed!!!I took my car here after hitting a piece of wood on the freeway. The tire needed replaced. They insisted I also needed a $550 wheel. I had a warrantee coverage so I agreed that they could request the wheel as well. After nearly 2 weeks of them claiming they couldnt reach the warrantee company, I called and had an agent in the phone with them within 10 minutes. The warrantee service agreed to pay them just under $1,000 for the new wheel and tire and they took another 5 days to perform the work. When I went to pick up the car they demanded over $300 extra, claiming the warrantee payment didnt cover their labor. NEVER GO HERE. They agreed to accepting the $1,000 from the warrantee before performing the work but when it was done, refused to return my car until I paid the extra charge. This tire new is only $220 everywhere else, this wheel is less than $450 everywhere else. Most important detail, they agreed to a price before the work, then demanded 35% more once it was done. No extra work was performed but what was agreed to before the start.

Drove from Portland in the snow to secure a great deal on a truck. Worth the trip. Troy and Denise were great to work with. They went down and picked up 200 lbs of sand to through in my truck bed to make sure I got home safe.

Bought my car new there, sales department is great; the Sales Manager, Ron Walker, is the guy to speak to. Hes an industry expert and down to earth.Service, on the other hand, was awful - left my car very dirty each time (they somehow dirtied the inside dash and ceiling when doing a warranty repair) and my pair of expensive hiking boots disappeared whilst my car was in their shop. The service department was rude when I asked about the boots and refused to look into the issue. 🤷‍♂️

Just had the car checked for an odor from the air conditioning system and for a possible oil leak. The odor was from the condenser area and the service department has ordered a treatment chemical and will finish taking care of the odor problem when it comes in. No oil leak found.

Bought a used car from here in 2010. The car was detailed, everything worked, and they even threw in a maintenance agreement. Would purchase another vehicle from them as long as they had what I was looking for.
