Sign Dog has done all our graphics since they opened in Anacortes a few years ago. Brad has always been very attentive and responsive to our needs. We have had last minute needs for signage for boat shows and with sometimes only a few hours notice, Sign Dog has come through. Bad experience. The owner, Brad More, and SD are too busy to pay attention and have respect for their customer’s (well, former) time. Simple boat naming decal project, recommended by one of his biggest customers (Seattle Yachts), after buying a boat from them. Charged 50% more than I paid a company in Bellingham for a larger boat naming job less than 2 years ago. Three different times/days he texted (no calls) to say when he would install the decals; each, hours after I waited at the boat and he was a ‘no show, no call.’ Finally, a guy came and installed them and scampered away when he finished. To be fair, he actually did a fine job installing the decals. I guess I could have not paid them, but I believe in honor and respect, so I promptly paid them the agreed price. To date, I’ve not heard from Brad. No apology, no explanation; just excuse from his guy that they are too busy.Let’s all help him out of this terrible dilemma. Move all your signage business away from Sign Dog in Anacortes to another business. One that treats customers with respect and values their time at least equally to theirs, if not more.

Brad and Dustin at SignDog did an amazing job for us at Alaska Luxury Tours. From the logo on our van, to the yacht to even creating rack cards for us they did an amazing job!! We Couldnt be happier with their work! Thanks guys

If you have an issue - expect little to no response. My hull was painted, and SignDog had a real tough time removing the old name on the boat.Had to work it for hours, and now after having SignDog install new lettering my entire paint job is on the hull is cracked only where the old name was. They claim they did not do it, but would have their insurance person look at, and now they dont even return emails, and no word on the insurance company. So I now, must spend $3000 repainting the stern. They claim I had high heat on my stern. Maybe its just me, but a boat on the water in the summer comes in contact with heat conditions. Is this a surprise to them? Maybe it was the heat gun they used on the old lettering removal, as my wife pointed out them at the time. Oh - and here is a picture of his guy using a heat gun, when he claims that he did not use on.

They did amazing work on a sign for my daughters graduation! She is graduating from two different schools and they incorporated both schools for us. Couldnt have been done better. We looked an a few different places. I am happy signdognw was referred to me. Highly recommend!

These guys do great work! I had a couple signs made for my trailer. They made them exactly like I had wanted and they look great! I definitely recommend SignDog for any marketing materials you need.

They did a great job doing the lettering on my boat last year. Fast and professional work. Careful when dropping off your boat and leaving it in the way, the guy next to him with the old cars is a grumpster.
