I just moved to the area, and after arrival I found my bike was not shifting properly no matter how I adjusted it. I thought I would pop in here just to buy a new cable and housing and see if that would solve my problem. Nick asked me what I was working on and I told him, not expecting I would be getting my bike fixed there considering he looked to be right in the middle of something. He said “let’s throw it up on the stand and take a look.” A couple minutes later he had figured out I had a bent derailer hanger and busted out a special tool and fixed it. I got the new cable and housing for good measure and now my bike shifts like new. Super friendly. Will be my go to shop as long as I am up here.

This shop offers excellent service, and bike mechanics that actually know their stuff (surprisingly not available at all bike shops). They also offer a fantastic selection of top quality parts and accessories. I personally travel 45minutes out of my town just to support this shop because that is how good they are. Go to this shop

Great variety of bike accessoriesWe bought a mirror for my bike at half the cost of my bike shop back home and he installed it right away.My wife needed a new helmet the girl worked with her to find a color she liked and the right fit.They have a air pump to use if you need air in your tires.Over all a great stop.

I didn’t buy anything. I was looking for a used bike pump. I called, they had an extra one, and they were kind enough to let me have it. This is the kind of service they makes me want to come back to a place. Not because I got something for free, but because of the willingness to cater to someone even when they’re asking for something somewhat off kilter. Great local business! I was met at the sidewalk and helped with a lock that wouldn’t open. Once off the rack, helped me pick out a saddle, and installed it on the spot! Would definitely recommend!

I brought my beach bike in for coaster brake fix.... they denied me for having a electric front hub.WOW... I’ve seen a lot of electric discrimination in the EV car community, but didn’t think it existed in the biking world...Not to mention a horrible business call.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have locked up my front brake a couple of times with painful results. I asked if they could do anything about the front brake. They ordered and installed a modulator which did the trick. Excellent bike shop for sure.Update...recently got a tune-up of my old K2 bike. Excellent job and it only took a couple of days. Great people to work with!

Friendly and personable people. Quick and knowledgable. I called to ask if they could give me a price estimate......20.00 for a tire. The tire was twice that. Now I do realize that often the cheapest product is the most costly and maybe my 42.00 tire is the best solution. So they mount the tire without telling me about 5.00 labor charge. I can and would have done the labor if given a choice. Nice store. Nice people. I will not go back.

In May of 2016, I shipped my bike to bikespot to begin my Northern Tier Route tour. Nick and Carolyn were super friendly and helpful. My bike was ready for me well before I arrived. Nick even provided directions for a better route than State Route 20 out of Anacortes to Sedro-Woolley. It was a great route for my first ride of the tour. Im going to do the same tour this May (2017) and Im 100% sure Im going to ship my bike to bikespot again. If youre doing the Northern Tier, I highly recommend at least stopping in bikespot.
