On March 28, 2021 I placed calls to both Kevin Klein and Brian Krantz about a Ranger Tug they had listed. In Boat Trader it was showing as available, but after I didnt hear back from either of them that day, I also found it on yachtworld.com and it was listed as Pending. Fine, but they couldnt even bother to call me back to inform me that it was sold. Probably will use a different broker to contact them if they ever have another boat I am interested in.

The worst customer service ever. Went to look at a yacht, the guy left, did not stick around to answer questions. Then when I went into the office, both workers ignored me and did not acknowledge I was standing waiting for 19 minutes as they talked on the phones, so I left.Would like to give zero stars.Also, the yacht they were selling was utter garbage.

Bought a used Sargo from Brian and the team. They bent over backwards to make this happen- awesome and honest- and not cheese at all. Brian has been responsive day and night even after the sale to even the most mundane questions that I have had, and is Moreno of a “boating lifestyle consultant” than sales guy. Truly a good experience and would recommend.
