Kitchen Trends recently completed a huge cabinet job on a property that was being remodeled in Anacortes. The property had literally no storage, so numerous cabinets were a necessity in rectifying this issue. The owner knew exactly what she wanted, however, the space required numerous adjustments to meet all the clients needs and requirements. Not only did the job turn out spectacular but the staff at Kitchen Trends were nothing but true professionals during every aspect of this incredibly difficult job. We renovated our entire house and these were the only contractors who gave us any problems. For starters they cut corners by cutting the back of the cabinet completely for the plumbing and said that was the norm and we know well that its not. They also fixed it to look just as bad as before but by that point my wife and I were done dealing with their lack of professionalism. They also built out a pony wall after granite was measured and blamed the countertop people when it was clearly their mistake. We tried to contact them several times to get on their schedule and finish the job, phone calls were never returned, texts went unanswered and they never would show up to do the job at the time they said they would. To top it all off they expect full payment before the job is done, which Ive never heard of. The female owner was extremally rude to my wife and kicked her out of her showroom while she was just trying to get on schedule to get the job finished. We will never recommend kitchen trends. Anyone can order beautiful cabinets but obviously not all can show common respect and appreciation for their costumers. NEVER AGAIN!
