They most certainly are open for business. They no longer sell new hot tubs, but they do perform service. Jack is the field technician and has decades of experience servicing hot tubs of all types, including on cruise ships and in countries all over the world. Jean can walk you through troubleshooting on the phone. Jack came out and woke my hot tub after many years of sleep, and now its crystal clear, hot and relaxing. Very up-to-date on equipment and chemicals, and warns against buying chemicals you really dont need (for example, with my water, I didnt really need the chemical to avoid staining from precipitation of minerals). Put in a new ozonator system and an enzyme treatment so it uses far less chlorine than I was used to. Will match online pricing.
