This shop is awesome. Every time I go in there I get great customer service .and when I take my bikes in for repairs the turn around time is way always quick and done right. When doing my own maintenance They always got the oils and cleaner I need for servicing my quads and bikes on hand...

Called in about replacing old tires (Michelin Pilot III) for a pair of new ones (Pirelli Angel GT) that I had bought. Was able to replace them in the same day I called in. Talked to Kyle who gave me a decent price. COULD NOT REFUSE. Took about an hour. GREAT SHOP. THANKS AXXIS FOR THE MAD LOVE AND HOOKUP.

Brought our Seadoo Boat for service and repair. Owner takes great pride in the work they do and he made sure my concerns were addressed. They even stayed late to accommodate late pick up. If you have a motorcycle, jet ski, atv, or boat, you need to try these guys. They are good at what they do and the owner ensures quality control and customer satisfaction, and very competitive rates. Theyve earned my business. Try them out.

These are the kind of guys that you know are on your side. I gave Tyler and the guys at Axxis a carburetor to rebuild for my Yamaha. They turned it around quick and for a reasonable price. I would have been happy at just that, but they insisted thy I bring the bike by to check the tune, and that made all the difference. It was a total dog to start, now its first kick every time and rides great

Went here on a whim and I was very pleased with the out come. And prices are very reasonable. The carb on my yfz 450 was never dialed in and been sitting about a year but after I took it in I must say it seems like a whole new quad now. And its got some nice new tires to go with it and shiny new bumper cant wait to hit the trails. Thanks again guys.

My jet ski sat for several years and would not start I took it to them for a carb rebuild and service a few days later I got my ski back running great. The service was fast and the guy in front was really helpful with all my questions.

YOU NEED TO READ THIS ONE! Nine riders ship their Harleys from Illinois to LA to begin a coast-to-coast bike ride from LA to DC to raise money for the expansion of a addiction recovery dorm. One bike suffers a valve stem issue from being strapped down on the semi trailer. Here we are, ready to saddle up in Anaheim and were a bike down--ON THE START OF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!! Long story short...Joe went above and beyond the call to get us rolling! I will never forget how the trip of my lifetime was almost blown up by something so simple, yet these boys made it totally happen! Joe, from one rider to another, thank you, brother, for your response. Ill sing the praises of AXXIS to anyone wholl listen. You guys ROCK!

Tyler and Matt have been courteous, professional and thorough every time Ive brought my Honda NC700X here for service and/or accessory installation over the past two months. I was looking for a reliable motorcycle shop near Yorba Linda, and Im sticking with Axxis now that Ive found them.

I received the worst customer service from Tyler and Mac. I took my motorcycle into Axxis for a supplemt quote due to an accident. The insurance company had originally paid out on part of the claim but asked me to take it to the shop of my choice, and due to Axxis 5 star reviews I was stoked! I brought my bike here and I originally delt with Tyler but because he was always busy he referred me to his assistant Mac who was extremely rude. Mac procrastinated with calling in the supplement to the insurance and never even callede to bring my bike back down there so that the adjustor could corroborate the supplement claim. I literally had to call into Axxis, three to four times a week just to see if Mac or Tyler had contacted Allstate to add the supplement in and I finally received a phone call today from my Claims team (4 weeks later) stating that Axxis had told them that they didnt know if they wanted to deal with the insurance and myself as a customer because it was too much of a headache for them. Um, isnt that what having a shop is all about? Why didnt they just tells this to begin with? It would of been nice if they were honest from the beginning. That to me is just completely rude and Tyler & Mac didnt even call to let me know that they had spoken to my insurance company as they promised they would. I have been completely let down by this company and lost all respect for Tyler & Mac. I will never step foot in Axxis again, they lost a customer forever.
