Shopped around at a few places to see about repairing/ repainting my front and rear bumpers on my Lexus is300. They quoted me a fair price and told me my car would be done in a day which I thought was very fast. I picked up my car and the rear bumper looked amazing, however my front bumper still needed a little work as it didn’t quite look polished/buffed out as much at the rear was. I contacted them and they without hesitation took my car back and fixed my concerns and now both bumpers look amazing. I gave them 5 stars because they corrected the issue on the spot and got my car back to me the same day that I dropped it off the second time. That in my book shows great customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them

Just saw the store truck (black Ford F150 Raptor) tailgating other cars along Magnolia Ave. with unnecessary hard acceleration along the local roads. If you are driving a store truck show some positive image as a friendly driver as opposed to being impatient and careless. I would definitely not want my car fixed at this auto collision store knowing that this driver works there.
