Jerry spent time with us and gave us a lot of valuable information. Very knowledgeable and patient. You will not get a chopshop price. But remember you get what you pay for. They will attempt to finish the car too original condition. If the insurance company will allow it they will always attempt to use original equipment manufacturerd parts. Thanks Jerry.

Went in to re-attach my bumper & I was in and out within an hour. They’re amazing at what they do, and they are able to complete the job at a reasonable price. Brought my car here after being in an accident.After taking a closer look at my car, the estimate ended up being more than my insurance was willing to fix and they considered my car a total loss -- not the most uplifting news to hear, especially being a college student who still makes payments on this car.However, Boss Paint & Body decided to help dig the knife in the wound a little deeper & let me know that because my car had been there a week while they waited for my insurance to arrive for the second estimation, they would be charging me $100/day storage fee for my car since they would not be repairing it.Not only is that price outrageous, this shop was completely unwilling to work with me. Hearing my car was non-repairable and a total loss was some pretty awful news, but having a nearly $1k storage fee because it was considered unfixable was just the icing on the cake.Hey we hear your car is ruined and youre now broke and have to buy a new car! Hey by the way were charging you for keeping your car here since we wont be doing business together. Super sweet.They did have me sign something when I dropped my car off, and thats my fault for not reading what I was signing, but I find it a bit shady that they didnt explain what it was I signed. Im assuming this document mentioned the fee... but I dont know for sure.I cant help but feel because I am a younger female and didnt seem to know much about the process, I felt I was a little taken advantage of.Did Boss Auto Body call me to let me know they were waiting on my insurance and my storage fee was increasing drastically every day? Nope.It wasnt until nearly a week later I heard from my insurance.I regret thinking this place was going to upfront with me about their unreal $100 storage fee, even though they were about to get my business.My opinion? Theres a shop down the road from them that you should consider instead. Look for a place that cares about the people they do business with, not just racking up their clients bill.

They did such a great job fixing my car. I noticed that my power window was broken when I got home from the body shop and they were able to take my car back in and get the repairs done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs after a accident.

Not that anyone wants to have a go to body shop, but I kind of do, so I can recommend this one emphatically. Theyre outstanding in every way. The customer service is outstanding and their work is above reproach. Theyre honest about the time itll take and the cost. They meet their deadlines and handle everything with the insurance.
